When I spoke to Ron, he was polite, professional, and thorough. When he arrived for the consult, he walked through the house and then gave me my options. He could have up sold me on the T.V. Mounts selling me the top of the line mounts, but instead suggested I go with a well made standard mount for both rooms at a fraction of the cost. On the day of the installation, Ron showed up with his assistant. With a ton of gear in tow, he looked like he was equipped with anything he might need. Moving everything out of the way, laying blankets down to work on, they got to work. Everything was measured, level and perfect. He even vacuumed after he completed the job. He takes tremendous pride in his work and it shows. Very ethical and pleasant, he is quick to answer a text and he is knowledgeable about all things A/V related. Our home was no where near updated. We installed a remote control iPad for our brand new Samsung TV which controls the TV itself our lights in every room, sprinklers, and air conditioning. We then had Ben install 4 cameras which are perfectly hidden and actually blend in pretty well with our house. At night no one can tell that cameras are there. I hired him in…read more2021 to run Ethernet drops to all my rooms as well as exterior Ethernet drops for PoE cameras. Jonathan is one of a kind. Professional. Knowledgeable. Very friendly. And a problem solver. He didn't have his normal helper but still finished the job in 3 days. Over 20 drops fished. 5 cameras installed. 2 wireless access points. In a heat wave nonetheless. He terminated all the drops into a patch panel and even installed my media rack. He did such a great job I asked if he could also run speaker wire for a home theatre which he did in 2 days. Two years later and everything is still working great. He was always on time, prompt, worked hard. Jonathan is also just a great guy to talk to.
