He diagnosed the issue with my circa 2017 iMac and said the hard drive was shot. I did not doubt him for a second due to the inability for the new OS to download, with all the time I wasted "googling" the problem, sheesh... I should have called Randy first. Here is the final feedback. He got it fixed quickly and when I got the computer home, he put in an SSD, solid-state drive, which we spoke about, briefly. Here is where he earned this 5-star review. He installed a Terrabite sized SSD. He could have gone with a 256 or 512, we did not even discuss it. To show his "code" he went with the 1TB model SSD. That is code beyond code and shows why he has a stellar reputation on the review platforms for computer repairs and Internet Technology. Great job Randy.
