Owner graciously met me downstairs, removed item from my car and took the time to inspect the item and point out the "gem" I procured as he compared my lounge to the "prefab won't-last-five-years chaise lounges of today. He asked questions on where the item will be stored (high traffic va low traffic areas of home) and when i answered he provided a plethora of fabrics to consider. Most importantly, he did NOT expect full payment that day! Whew!! What a relief. Starting a new business is expensive so not having to make full payment before work commenced made my day. Wow he didn't just help us pick out our perfect new couch but provided such a welcoming experience. He has such a great personality and was very humorous during the experience. If we ever need any more furniture we will be going back to Bobs and requesting Dwayne! Someone give this guy a raise he deserves it through and through!
