After following up for three months to have the work corrected, only the garage doors were painted over where it had peeled leaving clearly visible transitions between original job and patching. There was no attempt to make it look even. The correction of the bleeds and woodwork was never done. It was a horrible job done in terms of craftsmanship, service and professionalism. The Hemlock salesman first said, unfriendly-like, that he didn't have the matching screw. I said I didn't require the exact match - only something that would not be a sharp contrast. He unhelpfully showed me a shiny silver finished screws. Then, I replied I was thinking black, because of the antiqued finish. He rudely showed 1/2' black screw. I already miss the helpful Posters Hardware in Fairfield. I ended up at Home Depo,t where they were surprisingly helpful and had what I needed at 1/10 of the price. I will never go back to Hemlock Hardware - their just plain rude.
