First time around, they sold us the wrong part and we had to treck back for the correct part which we did receive but when replaced, it proved to be faulty so an absolute waster of money. Out of sheer desperation we went here today to get a part for our mini and terrible service. If you are a mechanic, they do worship the ground you walk on but if you are a woman or a guy who just does little fixings with his car, they are far from helpful and they make you feel that you are a burden for them. Went to FCP euro which was a distance for us and they treated us with white glove service! Good riddance A&G!!!

But me, I had to wait until the guy was walking out the door before she would stop ogling him and take care of me. Then the tude starts. Asked her to order shocks, "warehouse only has one" "Can you order them?" "Don't know, warehouse shows I can only get one for tomorrow". "I don't need them for a week, can you check and see if you can get them in a week?". "Well the warehouse only shows one available, sooo...." All the time, stone faced and attitude. Prices are sometimes better than one of the other auto parts stores, and are almost always genuine replacements, and not OEM equivalents. The staff is knowledgeable and courteous. I've had them offer to replace wiper blades, batteries and other easily changeable parts - but half the fun is doing it myself. There's a great selection of tools and aftermarket equipment for those who really like to get their hands dirty. I would highly recommend this NAPA outlet if you're a shade tree mechanic, run a large volume repair shop, or somewhere in between.
