If you're staying at Callaway Gardens, this is a great alternative to resort food. First of all, tons of parking. We went just before closing and they were so welcoming. Excellent friendly service. My sons said these were the best wings they ever had, one order lemon pepper and one mild. Best of all they had all flats! Perfectly seasoned. We also had a cheese pizza and the crust was phenomenal. I enjoyed a steak and cheese hoagie, loved the fresh baked bread. The owner was so patient and didn't rush us to finish, despite being closing time. Holy Sh-t, this place was SLAAAAAMMMMEDDD on a Saturday at 4:45pm. LOL. I walked in and no tables available. Parking is ok. They have a small lot. What I got: - Spaghetti with bread. I liked the bread - it was really good. The Spaghetti was pretty normal. Pizza here is probably way better, but I was on a Spaghetti plan since I had a big race the next day. Pizza tends to upset my stomach, so I stick to noodles. The staff members are super nice & buzzed around every table. They looked super tired but hustled. Fox's Pizza is a must do each year I visit Callaway Garden's lights. The owners are always friendly and helpful, and the food is fantastic. This time our party enjoyed a large buffalo chicken pizza, a personal gluten free pizza, chicken Parmesan, and a ham sandwich with fries. Everyone left full and happy! The fries were incredible, and the gluten free crust was fantastic (with no odd consistency you sometimes get with gluten free crusts). Nice staff, 100 health score, and tasty pizza. We were staying in the campground nearby and were pleasantly surprised with this find. They offer dine in, Togo, and deliver to campsites. They have more than just pizza including pastas, subs, wings, and pizza. We tried the buffalo chicken which was AMAZING would definitely recommend thin crust. Then, also tried a build your own that was great as well. We will be back if ever in the area. They offer dine in specials, monthly deals (this month was $2 off large pizzas) and lunch buffets. The pizza was very greasy and a little overpriced for what you got. The service was okay. Small family owned business, nothing fancy, (folding tables) but it was all clean and the employees were friendly. Everything was fresh and tasted good. The lunch bar isn't much, salad with lots of toppings and pizza. But they continue to bring out fresh pizza while you eat. Chicken tenders and potato wedges were very good. Calm atmosphere and you get your food in a timely fashion. Price was very reasonable. The calzone was very salty and greasy. I know that the meats inside cause some grease to drip out but that thing seemed to have been dipped in grease one more time before it came to my table. We visited Fox's Pizza for the first time today after a visit to Callaway Gardens. Our large party of 11 was greeted and the gentleman at the counter helped us order the right amount of pizza for our group. We ordered 2 of the big rectangle pizzas (Big Daddy?) And a gluten free pizza. The pizzas came out quickly and were so hot a delicious. We demolished all but 3 pieces. The gluten free crust was honestly one of the best crusts I've ever had and I've been gluten free for over 12 years. We will definitely make this a regular stop when we go to Callaway Gardens. Not only was it fast and friendly service, amazing pizza, and a clean restaurant with space for us, the value for the amount if food we got to feed us all was great! read more

Whenever we stay at FDR State Park, we always get delivery from Fox's! The people are so nice, the food is fresh and hot. No complaints here and it was much cheaper to eat here than at Callaway. In terms of food options on Pine Mountain, this is probably the best bang for your buck. The pizzas are decent, but nothing to write home about. They do have plenty of sizes to choose from, which I thought was smart since there is a wide range of patrons in terms of financial stability visiting this area. Inside this place is as basic as it gets: tables and chairs, with no definite pattern. There are children's drawings on the wall for decoration, which was cute. They have some video game machines in the restaurant too, but they seemed very outdated. We ordered the wings here too, but I would advise against this because they were VERY fatty wings, to the point that you were lucky if you got any meat at all in your bite.
