I recently ordered two strombolis: Italian for me and steak for my fiancée. She asked for no onions, but what she received were no onions, no ranch dressing, no mushrooms, and hardly any cheese. To be honest, there was not much filling in either one, since the end crust for both was about 2". When I called and complained, I was told I could come and pick up a replacement. After getting a lecture on why green peppers ARE sweet peppers (I still don't think so), I took the new Stromboli home. My fiancée did not eat anymore that evening, but we took it along on our vacation trip the next day in a cooler with ice packs. I don't think this is the reason the meat tasted old and tainted. She scraped that off and did eat some of the crust along with the THREE small mushroom pieces she could find. What a disappointment. I decided to order a pizza tonight (12/21/23) because I found that I had a 30% discount reward (Promo #166). I attempted to apply the code but it was denied. The reward expires today (12/21/23) and to my knowledge, the day was not yet over at my order time of approx. 7:35 PM. As a VERY long term and faithful customer, I find the practice of rewards expiring at random extremely disappointing and this will definitely affect my choice of pizza restaurants in the future. To add insult to injury, I decided to send a feedback message to the restaurant, however, because the "captcha" process ("Are you a robot?" -which everyone hates!!) was not working (there is a "note to owner" of a system error) - so I could not submit my feedback. I love Fox's Pizza and order it regularly but seriously - get your technology in order. If I'm gonna spend $30.00 on a pizza I expect a business' IT process to not waste my time on top of my money. There are other pizza options in Latrobe!! Another issue: you are charged an additional fee if you pay online with credit card. Who does that anymore???? read more

Latrobe is full of Great pizza places. At Fox's, the pizza is pretty good-- but it's the cheesy breadsticks steal the show!

Ordered an extra large pizza with extra sauce and pepperoni and half with mushrooms. Added I full Italian sub for delivery. What I got was a pizza with almost no sauce and burnt sub ... Not a little I mean the bread was black. Called manager to complain he said if its really a big deal bring it to them... I paid for delivery so I could stay home. For the record they do charge delivery fee it is not free. So I told him this was not our fault and we paid delivery fee they should send new out to us and we would give delivery guy the bad stuff. Foxs managers reply was no to bad for us if we don't take it to them! They lost our business forever I hope if you read this you will think twice before spending your money too. read more

Oh Fox's, you tried to deceive me! But, like your bland crust and flavorless sauce, you've failed again! Apparently, $15.97 for a two topping, ten cut "large" is most acceptable. Sadly, the woman on the phone said the slices were large, but not really! The slices were poorly cut and uneven. After being told I can't order food and eat it there because it's against their "rules" and being lectured on how the bathroom should always be locked without the "key on a stick" (I don't care not my problem and gross!), What really broke the camels back was the quality of food they served me after coming there multiple times a week for many weeks. They stuffed my steak and cheese with old wilted lettuce and everything including the meat tasted old and not fresh at all. I guess this is how they treat their regulars there. They never were very friendly. Maybe a gas station would be a better business for them....just saying! read more

Ridiculously pricey for such a small pizza, service was subpar. If you want a tiny Pizza for a lot of money thrown at you as they push you out the door after a longer wait then they quoted, then this is the place for you. read more

Fox's has excellent food! We've always been satisfied with our order. One note though, they always take over an hour for delivery even though we're 10 mins away. Good things are worth waiting for, but that's the only reason it's not a 5 star. Great food! read more

I really like the pizza here at foxes it's usually really good and crispy and they have all kinds of specialty pizzas. Everything to meet your cravings...I personally love the buffalo chicken pizza it has so much flavor packed into it you always want more...only thing that sucks is that they recently raised the prices of their pizzas and it hits the pocket pretty good read more
