He asked the employees if they've seen flies in the restaurant and of course they said no he said he can give me a $10 gift card and I told him I wasn't there for a refund or a $10 gift card when I spent $17 for that meal I went there to see if he will fix the problem and he thinks a $10 gift card solves the problem when you have flies in a restaurant it means that your restaurant is dirty and $10 doesn't fix any problems. This all started over the phone when the manager referred to a female as "sir." When I spoke up about it, instead of handling it professionally, the manager called me a "fucking asshole" right on the call. It didn't end there. When she went back to the store in person to try to resolve the issue, they gave her additional food to "make up" for the mistake -- and unbelievably, one of the food items had what appeared to be saliva in it. This is beyond disgusting and completely unacceptable. I hope Taco Bell corporate sees this and takes action, because no customer should ever be treated this way or be served food under these conditions.
