They stole our money. We ordered delivery and they said they could deliver to the ski house we rented. The delivery driver couldn't make it in the snow and didn't meet us where he said. They refused to give us the pizza or a refund. They wouldn't answer our calls. Straight up said we won't get a refund and even if we drove to the store, they wouldn't give us our pizza. Visiting from out of state and found the nearest pizza place to the hotel. Didn't have great expectations after reading some reviews, but was very pleased. The pizza was hot, fresh and on time. Toppings were generous with a crispy crust and sweet tangy sauce. Store was about as good as it can get in a strip mall; a counter and a few tables for eat-in. Clean with friendly, pleasant staff. I split a large "build your own stromboli" with my wife and we loved it. We got an eclectic mix of toppings, but the stromboli was large, tasty, and generous with the toppings. One complaint I had was that the plastic knives they gave us were not strong enough to cut through the bottom crust of the stromboli. The stromboli wasn't burnt or anything - the knife was just really soft plastic. Made it kind of hard to eat. My kids split a small cheese pizza. It was tasty and they were happy. They loved the options for squeezy juice bottles from the fridge. Hours of operation are difficult, I understand. But the website says 9pm. I called for delivery at 8:22pm and they said delivery was closed. I asked if I could dine in, they said dine in stops at 8:30pm. Why list hours on your website as 9pm if customers can't order after 8:30pm? We rushed there and they were kind enough to let us order at 8:32pm, but it was a bit frustrating and the only reason I can find to deduct a star. read more

Just not good. Sorry to say that. It's the mountains so your choices are really limited. We've never had this Fox's so decided to give it a try. Ordered online and went at designated time. Food wasn't ready, okay they say give us 15 as a huge order is in front of you. 40 minutes later still not ready. Manager and new employee working. Long story short, from time of order to when food was ready was 1:40. That still isn't the issue. I had a wedgie, never had one before and I wouldn't suggest it. Very tough and difficult to eat. Kids had boneless wings and found them very tough possibly overcooked? We had two medium pizzas. The white pizza was basically all puffy crust with about a 6" circle of cheese in the center. Then the red pizza, it was to be pepperoni and there was none. Despite the timing my reason for the 1 Star was simply the food quality. It was just bad and we won't be back. read more

The only complaint I have is that they refused to come to our campsite in our campground. We had to walk all the way to the guard shack, even though the guard said he would've let him come through to deliver a pizza. There really wasn't any problem with the ambience since it was a campground situation. read more

Pizza is good sometimes but also soggy. It gets done quickly which is convenient and the workers are nice.

There aren't many take-out pizza places in this area, so I am very thankful for this Fox's location. It's near our camp and it's super convenient to stop by here or get delivery when we don't feel like cooking. Their pizza is ok (garlic butter makes it better!) but they do have pretty good italian hoagies and their jalapeno poppers are delicious (they have cheddar cheese in them). Keep in mind that they will be busy during peak times (weekend evenings, football games, etc)- just plan accordingly. Will return for sure! read more

I've ordered from this location multiple times. The food is 'as expected'. I've had the pizza and the Stromboli several times. It's decent but only 'fair'. They usually over cook it and burn the cheese. It fills the square without the regional taste for overly sweet sauce; but it's nothing to write home about. As a teenager I worked in an authentic Sicilian pizza shop for 5 years, I know how it's supposed to look...taste. ...fair My biggest complaint is the 'miss judgement' of the time it will take to complete your order. I usually call for pickup. They have NEVER had my order done on time!! When you order, add 15-20 additional minutes for them to cook your food. Why can't they just be honest??? I struggled to give 3 stars. I only gave 3 stars because they don't add 50 pounds of sugar to the sauce like most other regional pizza shops. Three stars is by default. read more

Very typical pizza store, not great but not bad either. Got a medium barbecue chicken pizza that was quite small for the price, but tasted fine. Also got a salad with chicken and some of the barbecue wings. The best way to describe the food is that the flavors are all very one-dimensional. As others have said, this place's biggest advantage is that there's not much else around. read more

First it's a chain so you would expect consistency. But that is not the case. Sometimes they don't answer the phone or vmail is full. Pizza is burnt one time, no cheese next time, big dough bubbles another. I'm not Impressed and will go elsewhere. While it's a drive I highly recommend Bud Murphy's. read more

I always get the wedgie when I visit Fox's. Tried the turkey, bacon, cheddar and really liked it. I also asked for a few slices (like 5 slices) of pepperoni so I can get my son to eat his food. BEYOND disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I placed a web order over 90 minutes ago,, and it said it would be a 70 minute delay. I thought, ok, I will wait that long. 90 minutes go by and I JUST got call saying that they do not deliver until AFTER 4. This SHOULD be on the website and I SHOULD have gotten a call right away. Instead of NINETY minutes later. UNPROFESSIONAL to say the least. After waiting an hour and a half only to have someone rudely call and say my order isn't ever coming. We went here for a late dinner after being outside all day! The pizza was delicious, especially the buffalo chicken one! The turkey cheddar bacon sandwich was grilled, melted, and superb. This is the most poorly operated pizza place around. Ordered two big daddy pizzas at 4 pm when they opened, told they would be delivered in an hour. Called at 5:30, girl said they were really busy and it would be there shortly and then hung up. Pizza arrived at 6:30 PM and driver said she gave our order to someone else and lied to us. When I called back asking for the manager, they just set the phone down and I listened to them laugh in the background and make fun of me.
