The Foggy Goggle is at the Lodge at Seven Springs. It has great views of the slopes, outdoor seating, and a large indoor bar area. I would recommend selecting beer/wine or basic cocktails. Came on a girls trip during the off season for wine fest. Our service was prompt and friendly, both at the bar and at our table. We loved all of the food that we ordered. I had the 1lb wings and asked for both buffalo and garlic parm sauce. My only complaint was the garlic parm. I didn't love it. I thought it was watery and didn't have too much flavor. When mixed with the buffalo, though, it was great. The wings were perfectly crisp. I tried the fries that came on the side of all of the sandwiches and they were awesome. Crispy and well seasoned. The lodge space was large and dimly lit. They had trivia and karaoke the night we were there. Great atmosphere, even though the place wasn't packed. There aren't many places to eat in the area, so we ended up here when we were in town for the weekend. It's park of the ski resort. The setup is nice with a large outdoor patio overlooking the ski slopes. There is live music at night in the summer. The food wasn't good. We got the Pit Pulled Beef Sandwich. The meat was incredible dry and lacked flavor. There wasn't much sauce or cheese on it. The chips that came with it were good. The bar setup seemed pretty good. Everything is worse than concession stand quality and comes out cold and very obviously hours and hours old. The dive bar of dive bar food is held at this very pristine location held with ax throwing and traditional bar seating as well as a well laid out restaurant with adequately placed seating. That being said, I was waiting for a similar experience with the food, but when it arrived it came with an undercooked GFS hamburger patty, littered with undercooked seasoned salt french fries. To add insult to injury the pricing of the food is so grossly over priced based on the quality of food! You could have went to Burgatory for these kind of prices! The waiting staff was friendly, but he could tell I was bothered by the quality of the food and he didn't even ask if I was pleased with the outcome. He kindly stated that I had a lot of food left and asked if I wanted a check. Burger and Fries: 0.5/10 Nachos If you like GFS food undercooked and soggy chips with Pace salsa I would suggest eating here but the dissatisfaction of this food was so poor I can't in good conscience allow this human rights violation not to be shared. You almost have to not care about food to make it this poorly. Cutting up some fresh tomatoes and onions is cheaper in the summertime than purchasing a 1 gallon tub of Pace salsa! They are literally trying to make their food taste like an MRE! Nachos 0.5/10 I drove an hour to come to Seven Springs and very much enjoyed my experience outside of this restaurant, but there are far better restaurants that had to close their doors during Covid and the only way I can assume this place stayed open was by purchasing the cheapest ingredients one could buy and use the Seven Springs reputation to get you to come in and purchase a meal. By far the worst place I've eaten at since Casa Bonita and that speaks volumes. I highly encourage you avoid this restaurant when it concerns food! Stopped in on a Wednesday summer night and wasn't sure the place was open. It was and the food was delicious! We enjoyed the jalapeños grilled cheese, summer salad (spinach and berries), pork tacos, and pretzel bread. A very fun bar! Great views of the slopes. Sometimes they will have live entertainment inside on the stage on the weekends and a DJ outside during the day, you can hear the music when you are on the slopes. The nachos are huge and perfect to share with a group! The menu is small and consists of appetizers and mainly sandwiches. Stopped for a Burger. To our surprise, Williams Company had a company gathering and lots of employees started to trickle in. We almost felt like we wanted to hurry up so some of the female employees could have our seats at the bar. Great bunch of people and they seemed to be really enjoying themselves. When it came time to pay the bill the waitress said the boss put our dinner on his tab. We couldn't have been more grateful. Totally unexpected and he really didn't need to do that. Probably the biggest food ripoff I've ever had. The food here is stale, cold, and tastes likes it's been under a warmer for DAYS. I understand the concept of making money but this place takes it too a whole new level. It's pretty the same food you find at a public county pool or high school football game but only prepared weekly and left under a warmer and at prices comparable to a 5 star restaurant. Last Sunday I ate in your restaurant" Foggy Brews" and I'm giving you 2 stars for the great view, however, the food is not up to par. The crispy Brussel sprouts were over dressed with malt vinegar and not hot or warm. Shocking when there are only 5 people at the bar. Strange after taste. Normally I would complain about the size of the crowd and the lack of efficiency in an establishment like this. I can't really say that about this place and it's all because of Eric at the bar. I'm a solo traveler and will give credit to a this man hustling at this place. He's got a bro vibe who knows how to stay on top of things while providing a quality service. I felt like I was a priority even though he was tending to other patrons for food and drinks. His personality really shows through in how he handles his bar and he is a hoot. Went yesterday with a group of 10 for my sisters 40th birthday absolutely horrible. Everything from the server who was so miserable and acted like we were a bother she had to wait on us. Got wings 7 wing dings for 15 bucks worst wings i ever ate had 2 absolutely horrible. All our food came out about 10 mins after we ordered. My husband and I had wings which were luke warm..im assuming they had all these burgers and wings premade and slapped them together. The $15.00 burger my husband got didnt even taste like real meat. Spent over 100.00 with drinks for the worst service and food. I have never had a waitress so rude and miserable our group agreed we wont be back. Came home and made dinner after. Our first visit to Seven Springs and we hit the Foggy Goggle on an extremely busy Saturday night! The resort was poppin with live music and the drinks were flowin'. There's not a whole lot on the menu and we weren't expecting much as it was really packed with people, mostly outside for the drinks and music. We went inside where a very kind waitress named Ellie saw us bumbling our way thru the crowd and got us to a table. The four of us had the pulled pork nachos, 2 orders. They were pricey but we got big, full plates. Pretty tasty, maybe a tad bit cold, but pretty good stuff. The Foggy Goggle also has axethrowing and there were many groups of people enjoying it. We had a bit of a rough start with a delayed opening. We waited patiently outside for about 30 minutes before they let anyone enter the restaurant. Manager and staff were apologetic & friendly about the delay. We were able to sit outside with heaters & watch the skiers. This was such a great outdoor dining spot ! My goggles were foggy. The place was very busy and had a great view of all the skiers are their descent. I kind of felt like I was in the "Hot Dog" movie ;-P A few things set this place apart from other establishments. The service was really good. We had almost zero wait time even though the place was very busy. They have a Bloody Mary bar... They serve a base bloody mary from the bar. They have all the seasoning, hot sauces, pickles, celery, olives, etc... where you can load up your drink. I had fun making my "franken-mary" drinks! It was a Saturday night and the music was very good - Country / Southern Rock was their theme. The band was very good and the place had a great vibe.
