We were sold a golf cart about 3 weeks ago. Within 3 short neighborhood rides, the golf cart…read morestopped and we had to push it home. When we had someone come look at the cart, one of the ports on the battery had melted onto the battery. We were told to come swap the battery out free of charge. My husband drove nearly an hour to do so and had to sit and wait for an hour plus to get a used battery that looked extremely old and beat up. He got the battery home and installed and the cart is still not working. We asked to return the cart or sell it back and we were told "no". We were told that he would help us get it "back up and running" and then we could sell it to an individual. We advised him that we could not sell it to an individual in good conscience and feel that he probably just barely got the cart running when he sold it to us. We are extremely dissatisfied with this sale, the quality of the cart, and the customer service being provided. I would NOT recommend purchasing from this company!!

After spending approximately $400 in shipping cost alone (shipping it 3x) they stated repairs are not covered because of every excuse on the book from having over heated it by running it way passed operating temperature, speed jumper wire, low battery voltage to incorrect lithium battery. I was even willing to buy a new unit if they would help me out a little bit and they wanted nothing to do with that.

I could not be more dissatisfied with their service, which they told me was excellent at the time of purchase. We've had to take each one that we purchased back for service. They stayed for extended periods when we needed them for our use. The reason we were given for the long duration was that they simply did not have personnel to service them, as we were told when we purchased. In good conscience, I could not recommend them at all for service and would stay away, as we have learned.

I did a lot of online shopping and learning about the huge number of brands and ultimately decide on the Club Car refurbished model. I wanted a cart for sporting clays, not street use. I felt the club car was the best value. They do a great job refurbishing these and the battery they offer is the best in the business for a couple of reasons: 1. it has a seven year year warranty and the only battery I know where the warranty will transfer if I sell the cart. 2. there is a QR code on the battery that I can scan and have instant readings on the status of the life of the battery, cell by cell. that meant I left the dealership knowing the batter was in perfect shape.
