Last October I found my dream Cobalt Cuddy cabin 243 from a private seller living on lake Norman. I live across the country in Reno, NV and the boat had no trailer for transporting it. I called around to a few dealerships in the area, but when I spoke to Mike at Boat Sales of Lake Wylie I knew I had found the place to get the trailer. Over the phone Mike was very responsive to helping spec the trailer out and always there to answer questions and concerns. Plus got me a great price on the EZ Loader tandem axle trailer. After a 2500 mi drive I arrive to Lake Wylie and meet Mike and the team at the dealership, and get to see the new new trailer. Beautiful heavy duty trailer that exceeded expectations. The plan was to pick the trailer up the next morning (a Friday), load my boat at Lake Norman and head home. Well, when the trailer came out of the water all the trailer lights had gone out. I knew that wouldn't work for a 2500 mi trip home. So at 2pm Friday I call Mike and tell him what's going on and he says get the trailer and boat back here and we will figure it out. Now it's about 3 pm when I get back to the dealership and the guys from the shop and parts department are all over it trying to problem solve the electrical issue. Anyone that has worked on wiring issues knows it can be a frustrating journey chasing a short, but these guys by 4:30pm found it and got me on my way home. I've got to say in all my years I've never had a friendlier caring group as these people are working together in a business. It helped reaffirm there's still hope for our society...lol. I've ran corporate business operations for a few decades before retiring and I would be proud to have had any of the people at Boat Sales as an employee. Truly the best experience with a business in a long time. Thanks again Mike!

Editing this as the owner of Clements automotive In Belmont NC said, to my bad review , "we built a…read morereputation on honesty." but if you look at their website, you will see there are many people who are dissatisfied and he did not make good on my air-conditioning job as he stated in another review that he stands behind his work . He just basically said we don't have to worry about this one anymore. Bad attitude . Here's the absolute truth of what happened .. let me also add I am an exemplary citizen. I work as a F/A for American Airlines going on 30 years . A very fair person and do my best to treat everyone with respect and kindness every day. .. Took my Honda accord to get AC working. Blower worked fine but needed charged . When I picked it up, it seemed to still blow warm air but thought it needed a few minutes to get cool so I drove it home in about 4 minutes. Should have went right back but I honestly thought it needed a couple minutes to get cool and I was very close to my house. I parked the car . Then I Drove it THREE days later & it blew complete hot air . I told owner about it and he did nothing for me . (even though he states that they stand behind their work .) He said with an uncaring tone, "They can blow at any time. "Really? Drive the car home in a few minutes while it's already blowing warm air and three days later it doesn't work and it blew??? You think so? I paid several hundred dollars to have this fixed. I asked several people and they said you did something wrong. I asked several people and they said you should've made it right. I still have no air condition.. He messed up and did not take accountability and responsibility . I paid several hundred dollars. I don't even know what this dishonest person did for that much money. He certainly did not change the air cabin filter either.. I'll enclose a pic. I've been so angry. I'm only now posting about it , as I'm not a complainer but he totally ripped me off. I was going to get my oil changed there recently , but it did not sit right with me to go back and give them my business and then this all came to surface again . I could hear my dad in heaven, telling me not to go to that person . I decided to tell the truth online because it's 100% true no matter what he says . People know deep inside when they aren't doing you right . There's no way that air air-conditioning was fixed . He took my money. These people do not treat others fairly. You may get a good experience here and there, but he completely ripped me off and he knows it. Also, another huge thing, he did not lock my car when I left it there & a homeless person was in my car found rooting around on his security cameras. They called me. How horrible. Police were involved. They can't even lock people's cars at night??? His answering machine is very rude as well . He tells you not to keep calling back in a rude, impatient disgusted tone. Call and listen, Although he may change it . They did not do me any service whatsoever and stole my money by not fixing my air-conditioning. Who treats a client this way? I should have been more insistent because I know that I was correct and that he was wrong, but I left because I'm not a fighter, but guess what ??My anger and his disservice finally popped out and I'm tired of it sitting on it . So here is my response now. I got ripped off because he is dishonest and I'm patient and kind. He is dishonest. Sir, you will get yours in the end. Please stand for me and Go to J&J Auto on Beaty Dr. You'll be treated politely, better communication and better price. Everything I wrote is 100% true. If I were in court. I would raise my right hand and put my left hand on the Bible to what I just wrote. ( I just read a review from a few years ago . The owner responded and he said they stand behind everything they do, but he did not stand behind my air-conditioning job so he is a liar as well. ) He truly owes me an air-conditioning job.
