This was our second visit to Foxcroft; the first was almost a year ago, and we ordered from the menu. This time, we bought tickets to one of their monthly wine dinners. This one was focus on the food and wine of Argentina. Having visited Buenos Aires and Mendoza two years ago, we were excited to revisit some of our favorite dishes. The wine rep told stories about the winery, staff/family at the facility, and each of the wines that were poured, which added to the experience. Each wine was delicious, but, of course, the most expensive bottles ($140-$175) tasted the best. I was surprised by the prices of the wine since the wine was so inexpensive in Argentina. Tariffs, I guess.... I was also surprised to see no beef in any of the courses, which is practically the official food of the country. Most of the food was tasty, but the pacing of the courses was a little clunky. We were one of the first tables to be served for the second course but then one of the last to be served for the third course, which meant we waited a significant time in between courses (and were low on wine by the time the food was served). It would have been better if the staff kept the same serving pattern to avoid that happening. Overall, I would return for a meal. I'm not sure I would return for one of the wine dinners.

First time at Foxcroft. Seated immediately, attentive waiter. He brought us a carafe of water and took our wine orders. My Riesling was good as was husband's Malbec. I ordered the Brussels-- great flavor, big portion. Husband ordered the Niger and fries. Burger was good, skimpy fry portion for $3 add. Fun atmosphere; feels like you're in a wine store. Brunch menu looks good-- would like to come back for that.

My new favorite wine bar! Foxcroft is located in the same shopping center as Starbucks, Total Wine, and Bonefish Grill in the North Hills area. The parking lot is shared with many other businesses so depending on the day and time parking may be limited. They take reservations online, but also walk-ins. There's a spacious inside and then a nice patio with some covered seats and some that are not. There are a lot of wine selections. There are flights that they offer, but the staff is extremely helpful and eager to help when choosing a wine. Bob is a sommelier I met on my first visit and he is AMAZING! He is passionate about wine and the history behind each one. He was excited to teach my friend and I about the wines and also help us find some that we liked. All the staff is great, but Bob takes things to another level. The wine is one thing, but the food is also delicious! So far I've had the truffle fries, Mushroom Conchigliette pasta, and the mussels pasta. They all are divine! I mean who doesn't love truffle fries?!? I've heard all of the other dishes are good as well and I'm looking forward to trying them! Also, if you are dining there you can get a discount on bottles that you purchase as well. Highly recommend and can't wait to return.

Our first time trying this wine bar, the interior is very fun, you can explore all the wines while you sip and walk around the store. We were here with a large party, the service was pretty good and attentive. The food was good, the burger was great!

We were able to make same-day reservations and even choose our seating (high-top, low-top, or outdoors). The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff was friendly from the moment we arrived. We started with wine and the brussels sprouts--so delicious and a great portion! For mains, we had the mushroom pasta and Caesar salad with salmon, both served hot and flavorful. Overall, a great experience. Perfect for date night or a girls' night! Will definitely be back.

We went to Foxcroft Wine yesterday and had a great experience! We didn't make a reservation because we went midday before a 4:45pm dinner reservation we had elsewhere at North Hills. It was still fairly busy outside and a few tables occupied inside but plenty of options! We were seated right away. The atmosphere is clean, fun, and very chill. It's a lovely trifecta: wine shop, bar, and restaurant in one! They have all the wine bottles available for purchase separated by region and labeled, and boy do they have a lot of options! The servers were all very friendly, and they work as a team to deliver food, wine, and clean the table. Let's start with the wine. They have a very extensive wine list and one of my favorite parts is the fact that you can get a 6 oz glass or 2 oz "taste." You can also "sample" the wine prior to choosing to ensure you enjoy it. More bars and restaurants need to have smaller size options or half glasses; many still do not. They also have wine flights. My husband opted for a flight and enjoyed it. I got a 6 oz of my go-to: Cabernet (Correspondence "From Away") and a 2 oz of a different Cabernet (Herald). We enjoyed all of the wine. Surprisingly, I enjoyed the Washington better, whereas I typically prefer a Napa or Sonoma. I love a wine bar with a plethora of yummy food options and various menus. If you do too, this is your spot! They have amazing food. Since we had two hours before dinner, we got a few small plates to share. One of our favorite small plates to share is marinated olives, and these were pretty good! Incredibly seasoned/marinated and a good portion. We also opted for the grilled garlic bread. This is a crispy bread with olive oil and garlic and phew, such a simple thing yet so delicious, we were both blown away. I think it was the grilled factor and the olive oil they use, possibly! Lastly, we ordered the lamb sliders, and they did not disappoint! You get three sliders with ground lamb, goat cheese, marinated cucumber slices, and the perfect amount of kick from harissa! These were delicious and cooked perfectly! I would highly recommend Foxcroft for a fun outing! Date night, girl's or guy's night, dinner and wine with family; all of the above! I think this is now my favorite wine bar in the area and we have tried a few! We can't wait to visit again!

Max with Offline - I decided to visit Foxcroft because it popped up as a recommended spot on Offline -- and WOW, I'm so glad I went. From start to finish, the experience was phenomenal. Wine Selection: Foxcroft offers an impressive and diverse wine list. My only suggestion would be for the menu to include a bit more detail about each wine rather than just listing the name. Thankfully, our server Khia stepped right in and made up for that. Even though she's only been with Foxcroft for about three weeks to a month, she was incredibly knowledgeable, warm, attentive, and truly enhanced our entire experience. I had a Malbec, and my friend ordered a German white wine -- both were delicious. I also appreciated being able to taste a few options, and I loved that they offer a 2oz pour if you want more than a sip without committing to a full glass. Food: 10/10 -- absolutely outstanding. * Mussels (Entrée size): Hands down some of the best mussels I've ever had. The broth was so flavorful I genuinely wanted extra bread just to soak up every drop. Highly recommend -- 10/10. * Pork Chop: Cooked perfectly. I was initially disappointed that it didn't come with a chutney, but the flavor was so incredible that it truly didn't need it. The gnocchi on the side was also delicious and full of flavor. * Steak Frites: Cooked exactly how I ordered and seasoned beautifully. I'm a steak-sauce person, so I was a little sad they didn't have any, but the steak was flavorful enough to stand on its own. I still thoroughly enjoyed it. Service: Absolutely exceptional. Khia was attentive, helpful, sweet, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. She was truly a highlight of the night. Overall: Foxcroft exceeded every expectation -- amazing food, an incredible wine selection, and top-tier service. Khia mentioned how good the brunch is, so I will definitely be returning to try it along with a few other dishes. A fantastic experience all around. Highly recommend!

For my son's birthday today, I decided to take him to lunch. He previously heard about a new restaurant (Foxcroft Wine Co.) in the North Hills area that first opened in January 2025, and opened for lunch last week. He was eager to try it, so we decided to go there. I arrived at about 2:10 pm and was seated right away while I waited for my son to arrive. Luckily, there was capacity for us to have a walk-in visit. Everyone at this establishment was very professional, courteous, and friendly. The ambience was beautiful with slightly modern decor, and the atmosphere felt homely. Our server, Victoria, was quite a delight. She was patient with us knowing that this was our first visit at the restaurant. She also took the time to answer our questions and clarified items on the menu as requested. We ordered two sets of Flights, Truffle Fries, Shrimp Cocktail, and Pear & Serrano Ham Flatbread. The Truffle Fries were flavorful and had just the right amount of crunch. The flatbread dish was good and had a diverse taste with the mixture of rosemary, ham, and honey. The shrimp cocktail was also good but I felt the portion should've been larger for a lunch size dish. And of course, the various Flights brought all the flavors together for a smooth finish. We will definitely visit again, but next time I would like to experience their dinner menu.

UPDATE/addition to my original review- I came back for a second time to try the large charcuterie, which sadly is not at all worth getting over the small. See photos for comparison- the small and large are basically the same, with the exception of different cheeses and meats. For the up charge, not at all worth it. Both were still delicious! But, I was expecting something much bigger. Still a lovely spot to stop by and get food!

Foxcroft Wine in Raleigh is an absolute gem! My husband and I had such a wonderful evening here. The chef is so talented, every dish we tried was fresh, creative, and full of flavor. I especially loved the pasta and gazpacho (both vegan friendly), while my husband said his steak was perfection. Beyond the food, the whole team was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even more special. You can tell they put a lot of care into both the menu and the atmosphere. Foxcroft is so much more than a wine bar, it's a true dining experience, and one I can't wait to come back to. I share reviews in Raleigh and beyond @postcardsfrommicah - follow along for more!

Loved this spot for a ladies book club day. We enjoyed a few different flights and small plates, all of which were delicious! Their non-alcoholic Prosecco was better than I expected. We had the perfect table on the patio, even when it started to pour rain, we were unaffected and the wait staff was very helpful in getting other parties tables indoors. The truffle fries and pear/ham flatbread were especially tasty. The indoors was way more vast than it seemed from the outside too. Excited to return!

This place was very good. The wine flights are fun and the appetizers are great! The main dishes were a little underwhelming so I think I would come back for just wine and apps next time but overall didn't have anything we didn't like

Foxcroft was perfect for a girls night. My friend and I started off a round of drinks, a beer for me and a glass of wine for her. For food we split the pear & serrano ham flatbread, brussels sprouts and shrimp cocktail. We both liked it all. My only complaints were that the beer was way overpriced, the service was a little slow so I had wait a long time to order a glass of rose and it was very loud. I recommend sitting outside if the weather permits. Cheers!

I had better conversations with the other patrons though! We had a good time! They have wine and cheese to go along with it so you can shop for that too. It's really educational too. If I lived in the area, this could be my go to for wine!

I've been debating about no longer going there after this summer is over, and this morning was the last straw. I dropped my daughter off and there were 2-3 staff people in the front kitchen and NO ONE acknowledged us or greeted my daughter. This is really sad and insulting. The studio is very colorful with lots of decor and several tables and chairs in the front of the business. Aprons are also provided. I heard about the adult chef series from the owner Debbie at the north hills block party. She was really nice and excited about this event. At the chef series event she told us that they had just started the adult cooking classes about 6 months ago and that they are so much fun. For today's event they had a special food and wine pairing with Total Wine. The Wine Steward, Nathaniel, recommended certain wines that would go well with the items that we prepared this evening. He was very knowledgeable and funny. He also gave us coupons for future purchases at Total Wine. This was my first times at a cooking studio so I thought that each person or group that came together would prepare all of the recipes but each table ended up making one of the 3 recipes. This ended up working out well because the two hours would not have been long enough for everyone to do all of the recipes. Our table ended up making the southern cornbread but since it was a quick recipe we also assisted with the Butternut Squash/Apple & Pear Soup. The last table made the Spicy White Bean Chicken Chili. The food was really good and filling. I thought that the chili was going to be really spicy because it had green chili peppers but it had the perfect amount of heat. I didn't know what to expect from the soup but it had great flavor. The cornbread was not bad but our table thought that it was missing something. The butter that was provided helped. The wine tasting occurred while our food was cooking. It started off well but then when a few of us left to finish the soup we never really got back on track with it. I enjoyed hearing Debbie tell us about the past and future adult chef series classes and the children's classes. We also enjoyed being able to meet and interact with so many cool people at our table. Debbie and her staff were very helpful providing us with utensils, drinks, directions, etc. We had a great time!
