Richland was reasonably priced, easy to communicate with, and PROMPT about setting up a date to come deal with them. The guy on the phone gave us a discount for being located in the same town as them, and also let us know how to save money if we had any future insect issues. He also spent time explaining exactly what they would do to treat each nest, and how it would work. The service itself was easy and uneventful - no murderous hornet swarms! It's been about a week and we haven't seen any more insect activity. Definitely go with these guys if you live in the area!

I had booked Guardian Pest Control several weeks before my wedding to spray for mosquitoes…read more Unfortunately it rained this week. Knowing it was going to rain, I called on Monday to ask them to come earlier in the week to make sure the grounds were sprayed. They told me "not to worry about it" and that they would "take care of it." This was untrue. Now the day before my wedding, it is raining. They refuse to spray. That's not even the worst part. I spoke with Abbey, a manager in the store. She was dismissive, rude, and defensive about her poor customer service and her company's failure to live up to its responsibility. In fact, she refused to take any responsibility, blaming the weather and saying there was "nothing they could do." I did point out they could have come earlier in the week, they could have communicated with us better that they wouldn't be able to spray with the rain, and that we might have issues. But we were left in the dark until the day before the event that there would be no spraying. This was upsetting, and then on top of that to have Abbey be condescending on the phone with people who do not know pest control or what it entails was the worst customer service experience of my life. I will be reporting to the better business bureau, and I would never recommend this company for any special event. I was able to contact Orkin who took care of my pest needs and were pleasant and appreciative of the fact this was my wedding and a very important occasion.

I understand if you are stumped but send a supervisor who knows what they are doing. I have called the office several times and have been brushed off by a guy and a lady with an attitude named "carol" i spoke to the gentleman and told him I was not pleased by her customer service skills. i had a older man out 1x named james and then 3x after they send a young man out who clearly has no clue what he is doing or he is lazy. I asked him questions about where he thinks the mice are getting in and he gave me a answer of might be here or there. He only put two trap things down and that was it. I asked for a supervisor the next visit but same young man came i believe name is mike or something like that with an m. Very upset that I had to hire a new company to take care of the problem. I would give a zero if I could…read more I called enviro care for a rodent issue in my home. My kitchen smelled of mouse urine. When the technician came out, he told me there was absolutely no way the smell was urine and he saw no signs of mice. I called another company who immediately found an area of dried mouse urine and feces and rectified the issue. When I explained this to enviro care, and that I was deeply unhappy with services rendered and would not be paying for the tech coming out and placing a few mouse traps and giving false information without investigating further, a woman named Amanda told me I had to go to court to dispute this. I asked Amanda if there was someone higher up in the company who could help me and she informed me that she was one of the owners of the company. I asked if I could speak to a different owner and she very aggressively told me no, I have to go to court, and hung up on me while I was talking. When I called back, I was told Amanda is nothing more than a customer service representative. Not only did the technician let me down, a customer service representative told me she was a boss of the company and that I had to go to court rather than put me through to someone who could help me. I'm a business owner myself and can't imagine standing by employees like this.
