The tech informed me that that level does not completely seal the house. If I wanted that I would have to upgrade, and pay more, for total exclusion service. After mentioning my concerns, I was told it was still recovering from the red thread and that I wasn't watering enough. The houses on both side of me looked amazing and used a different service. Fast forward to yesterday....I assumed my lawn was fried as they said so I went to clean out the dead grass in order to properly add seed only to find my yard is infested with grubs. You know, the grubs that were supposed to be killed with the treatment I've paid for over the last few years with Mission Green. After losing half my lawn and being completely devastated at the loss of money with nothing to show, I figured I'd give them the benefit of the doubt to fix it and standby their word. Only the joke was on me. They are only willing to treat and seed the areas if I rejoin them for the remainder of the year. So, continue to pay for a service that is not done properly or with the quality (proper products) they should be using. I wish I could say I was surprised by their lack of accountability but I'm not. If you want to throw your money away, cause more work for the DPW guys, Mission Green is the right choice. If you want a great looking lawn and a company who stands by their work, it's not them.
