They stand behind their projects and make sure any subcontractors warranty their work. Case in point: our bathroom remodel was completed 3 years ago. There was a breach in the wax seal in the toilet. Nick brought the plumber by and they took care of it. That's customer service! Because they are so good they are in high demand. You might have to wait several months as they have so many on-going projects, but as long as that expectation is there it's worth the wait.

I had repeatedly expressed to her that I had never worked with an interior designer before and that she would need to guide me through the process. She did give me the run down of what to expect 'overall' but nothing more than that. When I asked her for a open concept she told me it couldn't be done and that 'you can't always get what you want', when I suggested adding some columns to open up the space, she said 'ya we can do that'. With the years of experience that she has I would have thought that she should have made the recommendation. When she provided costing for the remake of our Master Bath/Master Bedroom/ Master closet it seemed extremely high considering we were using existing plumbing and drainage that was already in place, I asked her to see an itemized list to verify the costs. Her reply was 'I don't itemize, I ran the numbers again and they look good.' It would be weeks on end before I would get a reply back from here and I almost always had to be the one to initiate the contact. I was extremely frustrated with the whole process and actually dreaded working with her. To this day I still don't have final plans, but had to let her go, because I realized that we would not be a good fit. So I just have to just chalk up the $3,000 I paid for the plans as a learning experience. But on a good note, I did find another designer that is AWESOME. Very responsive, very budget conscious and just a joy to work with.
