We called them numerous times and they assured us that they were just coming. My mom missed her whole day at work just waiting for these cleaners to show up. See below photos of the floors still dirty. We spent $1000 for an ok job and horrendous customer service. When we put down the deposit they did not inform us that it would be $150 plus tax. So we were surprised to see the $163 on our card. They do not know how to do business and will waste your time. They also dumped the dirty water into our lawn and we spend so much money and time on landscaping. They just dumped the vacuum dust outside our front door. They were supposed to bring all of their own supplies and they used ours without our permission, even using our vacuum that we didn't say they could use. They just tell lies left and right.
