THe tell you want eye drops they are putting in and why. Dr. Vrabek is professional and really good at what he does. After having this catarac syrgery done I feel like a fifth grader that can see again when I got my first glasses. It is so cool to not have to reach for my glasses in the morning. My left lens was perfect but everything was blurry thru my new right lens. Distance, mid distance & close up. I brought them back the next day and Lori (Laurie) wanted to make the trouble out to be my new frames or the prescription. No, I said, it was the lens. Her attitude was a little off putting and finally she agreed to have the lens remade. Two weeks later I went back for my new glasses and nothing had changed. Everything was still blurry through the right lens. Almost as if she had set them on a shelf for two weeks to call my bluff. It was no bluff - the right lens was not made correctly and nothing I could say would convince her of that. I did get my money back but I would have much preferred to have glasses that are correct.

Well, no matter how much money you spend in their office, if your frames aren't from their office, THEY WILL NOT ADJUST YOUR FRAMES! I spent $300 on lenses, then another $283 on contacts, and was told TWICE that they wouldn't make any adjustments to my glasses. I called a few offices in the area, they were more than willing to help out once I explained what was going on. DO BETTER!!
