During the total vision assessment, he and his assistant were very thorough, and they explained the significance of every step in the process. He is extremely knowledgeable--especially with the variety of contacts available and the few that would best suit my needs. They offer competitive pricing and were even able to beat a quote for contacts I found online. As their new patient, I felt respected and appreciated, and I highly recommend their services.

Other providers told me I had to manage the near and far vision by wearing a prescription in one eye that would help me see near (dominant eye) and wear a prescription in the other eye that would help me see far. it was not an ideal solution. I was finding myself using reading glasses quite often. If you've ever had to rely on reading glasses you know how big of a pain it is. You never have them when you need them. I changed providers and in walks Ann. She put in the time (and care) needed to help me find the perfect contact solution without having to compromise. My left lens was perfect but everything was blurry thru my new right lens. Distance, mid distance & close up. I brought them back the next day and Lori (Laurie) wanted to make the trouble out to be my new frames or the prescription. No, I said, it was the lens. Her attitude was a little off putting and finally she agreed to have the lens remade. Two weeks later I went back for my new glasses and nothing had changed. Everything was still blurry through the right lens. Almost as if she had set them on a shelf for two weeks to call my bluff. It was no bluff - the right lens was not made correctly and nothing I could say would convince her of that. I did get my money back but I would have much preferred to have glasses that are correct.
