It seems he has better things to do. He said he doesn't know why the government has them do these eye exams. Excuse me I need the eye exam because I am diabetic and the government needs to know my eyes are ok to drive. I told him I needed the paper work that day. He said he couldn't pull his staff away to complete it. My other Dr. does the paperwork as she is doing the exam. I think it's time for Dr. Austin to retire. I will be looking for another Dr. I've had enough of this place. I will take my money else where.

THe tell you want eye drops they are putting in and why. Dr. Vrabek is professional and really good at what he does. After having this catarac syrgery done I feel like a fifth grader that can see again when I got my first glasses. It is so cool to not have to reach for my glasses in the morning. Matt, the team member helping me out showed exceptional customer service. He gave me a very detailed analysis of the quality of glasses that I had purchased. He was able to point out the various ways in which they should fit and how they didn't. He was able to adjust them perfectly for my face and eyes. He did not charge me for the information and the work, but requested that I told 3 people about my experience. This is the best way I could come up with to reach a large number of people. All told, I would stop going to my other optometrist, stop buying glasses online, and go to Target Optical just because of the excellent quality of service that I received at this location.
