Incredible service. Highly Recommend Took my 2017 Chevy…read more2500 6.6L for glow plug diagnostic. They found the problem fast and were cheaper than the shops in Austin. Saved thousands by going to this shop. The customer service was top notch. Great communication. Extremely knowledgeable on problems and solutions with diesels.

It was nearly closing time when I saw it, but they're close to where I live, so I called them, explained the situation, and they said to bring it in. I drove a compact SUV that's not diesel, by the way. When I arrived, they were checking out customers, and by the time they got to me, the garage had already closed, but they said they'd look at it anyway. Due to where the nail was, the tire couldn't be repaired. They opened garage bay, pulled their equipment back out, and put my spare on for me. By the time they finished, it was quite a while after their closing time. They said my tire would've probably blown out on the drive the next day if I hadn't gotten it changed. After all of this, they REFUSED to let them pay them!! I insisted, but they still refused. They were very kind, and definitely went above and beyond. I plan to go back for oil changes and whatever routine maintenance the can do for my vehicle. It's refreshing to find a place that still values customer care.

I've been taking my vehicles there for several years and have had generally good service. I took my…read morecamper van for an oil change and had a less the satisfactory experience. 1. I have acrylic windows and always ask specifically to not clean them due to not knowing what cleaning product and cloth used by them. Had I not been in the vehicle during service I would have not been able to stop them from starting to clean them after I requested this to not be done. 2. This is not only at Grease Monkey that I have had this issue..I told the fellow checking tire pressure that I had come from a shop that had just rotated the tires and set the pressure. The guy said pressure was a few pounds higher than specifically. They did not seem to know the difference between cold tire vs hot tire pressure readings. When I checked cold pressure the next morning all tires were 10% or greater lower than specifically. 3. Most importantly I was returning home and my check engine light came on. I immediately returned to Grease Monkey for diagnosis. It was a high oil pressure code..meaning the oil was overfilled. They did respond to my concerns and pumped out oil to get the issue resolved, but it was very stressful for me to deal with. All of these issues combined make me question returning as a customer.
