I've been here 3 times now. After the second time I almost didn't come back. All 3 time the wait staff has been attentive and helpful. The restaurant was clean and very on theme. However, there's some quality control issues. The first time everything I ordered was great. I really enjoyed the fried chicken boa buns so I got the the second time. Instead of telling me they had no more chicken tenders they gave me a de boned flat chicken wing, with feathers in tact. 3rd time the charm, though, right? As a Vietnamese person, it's a shame how much this restaurant charges their customers. If they think their quality of food is any better than your average Vietnamese place in Arlington, that's a shame. Prices are too high and portions are too small even if you adjusted the prices. The food is actually not bad, don't get me wrong. But it seems like they are trying to create an upscale type experience which is not typical of our food culture. We had the best experience for a casual date night here! We have tried takeout here a few times and it was good, but dining in was so much more fun and fresh. Came to this spot because of the wings they had on the menu. Was absolutely blown away by how good they were. All the food was amazing, especially the garlic noodles! The chef even came out to greet and check in on us, which made us feel very welcomed! Service was great as well! All in all, you have to try this place. After 2 visits, I can safely rate this spot above average. Their front of house has some work to do but the food is very good if you can overlook some bumps in the road there. Simple menu but everything is fresh. Their meatballs are next level, and the pho is incredible. The shaken beef has great flavor and is decent quality beef (tenderloin). I really enjoyed the fried shallots and onions. The lime salt is also a tasty accompaniment. The stir fry noodle was "bomb" according to my husband. We also had the dumplings, which were handmade and tasty but very, very salty. Get the meatballs over the dumplings. I was so glad to stumble across the owner posting about their new location. The service was still great and the atmosphere was just the same like it was at their previous location on Main. Most importantly, the food tasted just as great as i remembered it! The drive into mansfield isn't desirable, but definitely worth it to get to experience the food again. Four Sisters used to be open in Fort Worth, and while their new location is a bit further out, the food is as good as ever. I typically go for the lemongrass tofu and then adjust the fried rice to swap the sausage for even more tofu, which makes it vegan. The new location isn't quite as cute inside as the old one, it's a bit more of a suburban vibe/strip mall. The old location used to have some great cocktails, so I am looking forward to them adding them once they get a liquor license at this new place. read more

The chicken boa alone is worth the visit! The best ones i've ever had. Love the way they were prepared. I don't think I've ever seen a restaurant care about the presentation of their to go orders. Everything was neatly boxed and aesthically pleasing. I also got the tiger shrimp and egg rolls. The shrimp was amazing, but I wasn't a huge fan of the egg rolls. I liked this place for lunch in Fort Worth, but I LOVE that they are here in Mansfield for dinner! Last night, we had fried summer rolls to start. Perfect little bite-sized yumminess. I had shaken beef with garlic fried rice (see photo). Husband had stir-fried egg noodles with beef. I couldn't finish my rice, so it came home for lunch today. I had the pleasure of dining at the Four Sisters, and am writing this review after four (4) visits to the establishment. The "showstopper" is undoubtedly the high quality of food that is prepared by the chef. Each dish left me smiling, and full. Most notably, I have tasted several types of pho in the Dallas area, from several different restaurants (+30), and Four Sisters easily beats all others that I have tasted. I would imagine it is due to it being prepared for 18-hours, but I'm no chef, so I won't conjecture as to why it is so good. All I know is that it is delectably flavorful, filling, and will now be my "go to" place to introduce people to pho. My married partner is particular about her pho, and she agrees that it is the best in DFW. This is not said to take away from the other dishes, as they are each innovative and tasty in their own right. Regarding the service, I was utterly impressed. The chef is extremely personable, and even offered to have my "Chef's blend Vietnamese coffee" prepared with rock sugar for a different taste. I was fortunate to have my birthday at the restaurant, and reserved a Wok Fried Dungeness Crab. When I tell you it was delicious, it does not give it justice. The chef had deconstructed, and then reconstructed the crab, which made it easy to consume. This guy is impressive, from his personality, to his sheer brilliance in the kitchen. The wait staff are always pleasant, and extremely helpful in choosing menu items. You can tell each employee enjoys working there, and their passion is palpable. That is something you can't coach. Needless to say, I will be a regular. The only con that I can think of is that it may be challenging to get a seat because of how popular this place is going to be. I would imagine that this place gets serious attention from foodies, and it may be challenging to get a seat. No issues now, so come before it's too late! Overall, I had a superior dining experience in all sense of those words. Great work chef, and please tell your staff they are amazing. read more

I saw a review for Four Sisters and knew we had to try. I went for Pho and we ended up ordering more . Everything was perfect and so incredibly delicious. I consider myself a wonton snob and those were absolutely perfect. The homemade chile sauce was love and was in my opinion a delicacy. The pho was flavorful without being over seasoned the sliced beef that accompanied it melted in my mouth. We also had the stir fry egg noodles with meatballs and an egg I added some of the chili oil and it was delicious . The thin egg noodles were delicate and full of flavor pan tossed but not greasy. Came on its second day of being opened. After seeing their social media and the hype around the re-grand opening of this place knew this was a place we wanted to try out. Unfortunately the hype around this restaurant did not live up to our expectations. Amazing restaurant with great ambience. The pho, lacked so much flavor it tasted like straight beef broth missing out on the authentic flavor. Sadly the portion size of this was very small for the big bowl it came out in. The chili wontons. Amazing loved everything about these. would come back for this. Crab fried rice, pretty good very tasty and great size. The service seems very mediocre, a bunch of high school wait staff running the restaurant with a very controlling assistant manger throwing out commands to them while they try and assist customers. Throws off the vibe of the restaurant honestly. Would like to come back and see how this place is once they get past the grand opening stage. read more

we ordered takeout from here last night. we've had Pho all over DFW and this in our opinion is at the top. First off before we get to the food...the owner came out personally from the back of the kitchen to talk with me and to say hello and also to let him know how we liked his food. Not enough of that going on in restaurants anymore. Now to the food. we ordered the meatball and also the brisket pho with all the set ups. The packaging alone was super impressive. The pho was nothing short of excellent. The brisket was great and the meatballs were the best weve had in Pho. The soup/broth tastes like no other I've had before, it was money! Shining star of the menu is the PB&J Wings. They are perfectly cooked and the sauce isn't overwhelming the flavor of the wing. The meatball pho, chicken bao, and pho noodles were great too, but seriously don't sleep on the PB&J wings. The decor is cute and thoughtful. My husband love the Pho with beef. My friend and I got Fried rice and added chicken. The chicken had a lot of fat and grissle in it and there was hardly any actual chicken meat. So we were not a fan, especially for the additional price. We ate in and I gotta say, it needs a good cleaning with hot water, especially in the little cubbies that have the sauces. The hiracha sauce bottle was covered in slim/grease. Sorry but we won't go back. read more
