First off, the food was 10/10, so delicious!!!! Absolutely no notes on the food! However, the service and location are another story. We went on a Friday evening, and when we arrived there were only 2 people in there, but within 5 minutes the entire restaurant was PACKED! There was nowhere for us to sit. Eventually a door dasher left and we took his table but people just kept coming in and the place quickly filled up. It was a little claustrophobic. This is absolutely not the business's fault, but if you're planning to visit, be aware that the space is extremely small and doesn't accommodate a lot of people. While we were there, there was only 1 woman working in the front and it seemed like only 1 cook in the back. The woman had to take walk-in orders, pack to-go and delivery orders, run food to tables, and serve the guests in the restaurant as well. There definitely needs to be at least 1-2 more people working in the front. As someone who has been in that position, I know it's extremely difficult to provide good service while working alone, you could tell she was trying her best. With the lack of staff, the wait for the food was pretty long but definitely worth it. I got the Kimcheese Fries, and my boyfriend got the Korean Fried Chicken Sliders. Everything was delicious, and the bang bang sauce and dill pickle ranch-- I'm obsessed! Overall, 10/10 for the food--I'll definitely be back! Once I got to digging in, these were some of the best Korean wings I've ever had. They are good sized, larger than your average wing. The bourbon butter was sweet and you could taste the bourbon flavor. Really good stuff. The seasoned fries, even though it was obvious they had some seasoning on them, didn't really have much taste to me. Kinda bland, but maybe it's just me. However the wings here are the stars of the show. There are other things on the menu which has several other options. I wish they did a crab fried rice. Been trying to find another good version of that since my other go to place in Hurst, Keeks, moved to Keller a few years ago. (sniff) I always thought Keeks had the best, this place is their equal, if not a little better. Well, I wish it was closer, if it was, I'd already been back a couple more times.
