Food, overall, was good and tasty- chips and fries were impressive as was the coleslaw. Atmosphere was upbeat and packed within 45mims of opening.

I also loved the camaraderie between all the servers and bartenders. Everyone helped a H other and asked, "How can I help you?" It was very impressive that they were so caring toward each other and had each other's backs. The bar chairs are comfy, but the bar for my legs was a little low, and I'm tall. I had an espresso martini, which they made a little sweet for my taste, and my hubby had the huckleberry mule, which was really good. We ordered the pickled something for our appetizer, and it was so good! It's like pickles in an egg roll with a delicious sauce. For dinner, I had walleye with crinkle fries and a side of ranch, which was good. I was getting full. I ate my walleye without the bun, and I dipped it in the sauce from the app. My hubby was very happy there was a patty melt on the menu and thoroughly enjoyed it. He got the slaw as his side and liked it too. We will definitely come back for drinks and eats if we are ever in th town again.

These are smash burgers, so, if you see "double patty" or if it looks overwhelming, it's not as intense as it may sound. That being said, these burgers are hearty and flavorful The fries are made in-house. If you are familiar with in-n-out fries, they are very similar. You can order fries with garlic Parmesan on top or Cajun seasoning. They also have homemade chips (potato chips) that pair really well with your beer and burger. There are a variety of dipping sauces like jalapeño ranch and beer cheese that are worth ordering This spot also specializes in beers. There's a digital menu that provides a beer list, prices, styles, origins, etc. This list also shows which beers are most popular When you're finished eat, take a stroll through lovely downtown Watford City Some tips: You can ask your server for a taste or a beer you want to try before making your decision. And if you want to try a variety of beers they have pre-built flights or custom flights to choose from. The burgers don't come with a side of fries, so, consider ordering a couple fries or chips for the table to share Cheers!!

The grill was clean, and looked newly renovated. Tables and chairs, seat yourself. Greeted promptly and our wait staff took our order right away. We ordered the smash burgers and they did not disappoint. They were hot and fresh. Pepsi products are served and were $1.50. Refills are offered. The burgers came with two patties, and fully loaded. Ketchup and/or ranch was offered. I would highly recommend the grill. The pizza smelled great too. Will return before leaving Sidney. Outside is inconspicuous but don't judge a book by its cover. Try the burgers!!

Now, they cut down the dining area, repainted all the warm red tones sterile white, and have one burger, and some sandwiches that were mediocre. The only thing remaining are the absolutely pleasant staff, all smiles and as helpful as they can reasonably be. What did they do with the area they saved by cutting down the dining area? Removed the kids arcade machines and made a bigger casino. All I have wanted from there was the old Depot Burger. But like the other establishments the new owners run, everything is small portioned, over priced, and trying to be something it is not. Oh, and its a casino, so for everyone saying 'you can get a burger anywhere in town', I would like to point to the two other casinos these new owners run, before I point to all the other casinos too. All in all, I'm just sad that yet another place I liked to eat at is ruined by trying to be something it isn't.

We returned about 6pm and this time entered through the hotel and paused at the "Please wait to be seated" sign post for about 10 minutes. The restaurant was bustling and we thought nothing about being "ignored" but my wife insisted that we walk to the main entrance and get in line. We were shocked when the front end staff found no reservations under my wife's name. Thankfully, "Shaker" had noted our earlier visit with my wife's service animal and had made a handwritten to the affect that we had a dog. Whew, crisis averted thanks to "the man", Shaker and his attention to detail! Dinner was uneventful and the service by Franco was exceptional. We enjoyed the bourbon glazed Brussel sprouts before our entrees; she had the 8 oz tenderloin and I had the osso bucco. Everything was terrific and the pace, leisurely. Since we were celebrating my wife's birthday she got a candle on her sticky, toffee pudding and I opted for the creme brulee. Fantastic experience, highly recommended.
