Let me tell you, the container the food is in is deceiving. It was a very healthy sized crab cake and serving of fries. I thoroughly enjoyed my to-go meal. It felt like stepping into another world. The Food: I was impressed. I got the fish burger and the flavors are bold and very delicious. I did add extra pickles in mine. I also got the fries and those were delicious and crispy. The Service: Because it was a bit slower, the service was incredibly fast and the staff was super attentive and friendly. The mozzarella sticks were really good highly recommend. For the crab boil, the crab clusters i received were big and juicy full of meat! Even without getting sides, you still get corn and potatoes. I got broccoli with mine and it was really delicious. I didn't realize that you had to pay extra to get the metal utensils to crack them open. I used the plastic fork provided at the utensil counter and my hands and I was able to get the meat out perfectly fine with very minimal struggle. Ask for the service it was OK. not very friendly. The girl at the front desk was on her phone on FaceTime the entire time that we were there and kind of seemed annoyed like we were bothering her whenever we asked questions or want drinks, dessert, etc..She was even like spraying the table and cleaning the counters with one hand holding the other hand up on FaceTime. My recommendation for this place would definitely be and a fountain drink machine possibly have a hostess seat guests ,Bring a roll of utinsils and do refills. They also have a variety of snacks, sandwiches and fried seafood items, along with fresh salads and dessert items. We got there and we had to wait about 10 minutes before our order was ready. The lady at counter was pleasant and I swear, that could have been the same lady that's been here for a couple of decades. The ambiance was guarded, as this area is one you need to exercise caution when visiting, with a suggestion to visit as early as you can. We got our order and when we got home, it was still hot. The chicken wings were a nice size and fresh, crispy, well seasoned, and not greasy. The Western fries were nice wedges, hot and fresh, but did lack the seasoning that they had in previous years. The half and half and triple mix were good, but very sweet, even with the amount of ice in the drinks. All in all, a decent place to get chicken in the area.

They are part of a daily rotation of Food Trucks at the Brewery. At Minister, they are located in the Courtyard (up a few steps and outside of the Brewery/Bar area) Ordered the Benson-solid Double patty Burger (total 6 oz) with Bacon, sautéed onions, Cheddar with their special sauce taking it over the top. The Beermore-Brat with a few toppings including Sauerkraut & Tri colored peppers-tasty. Order took about 10-15 minutes. They were starting to pick up at the Brewery so, if you want food, better to order early to avoid a wait. Their menu covers a few bases and I saw an order of the Pulled Pork Buckin Fries that looked like a work of art. Friendly and engaging service with a few offerings to compliment your Brewery visit.

A canned soda is included. Now, full disclosure, although there was a line with about five folks ahead of me, it took me almost an hour to get to the front of the line and order. Now, there were folks off to the side that were not in line getting large orders of food; I don't know if they were here before I arrived and stepped out of the line after placing their orders or if they called them in. I was invested in my time past 30 minutes and decided to stay, as it was my first time coming. The ladies were very efficient in taking and fulfilling the orders while I waited in line. They did offer bottle water for us waiting, which was considerate. They had numerous mini cauldrons of oil frying up fish, shrimp, and fries simultaneously. Once I approached the front to place my order, the ladies were very pleasant and accommodating. I did have to wait a few extra minutes for me food as a large order was just filled before me. I finally got my food and was on my way. They did have limited outdoorseating if you wanted to eat there. The fish was perfectly fried with the fries. It was seasoned with a dry seasoning and was a bit salty. Other than that, it was decent. The shrimp were heavily seasoned and caught me in the back of my throat! The wings were well seasoned too and the fried crisp and fresh. All in all, the food overall was a tad bit salty. You definitely couldn't eat this too often. Would I come back? I don't know, I'm on the fence about that. That line is really discouraging for me right now. Would I suggest a visit? Sure, if you have the time and can tolerate the salt and spice levels.
