Big size shrimp with creamy Cajun delicious grits. Really good. My coworker got the buttery panckages so the grits, eggs and bacon. A ton of food for a good price. I got his recommendation for the hot honey chicken tenders with house fries and a side of mac and cheese. Even without a discount I think the price is fair if not on the cheaper side for food these days. However I have to be honest and say the food was a bit underwhelming. The Mac and cheese was room temperature/cold, the fries were unevenly cut so some pieces were undercooked and others were over, and the tenders were a bit dry. Full disclosure, I prefer my tenders with a thick crunchy coating of batter, and these were a bit too light on the fried factor for me. I'm sure my experience is a rarity though, and would definitely give them another shot but would try something else. At Minister, they are located in the Courtyard (up a few steps and outside of the Brewery/Bar area) Ordered the Benson-solid Double patty Burger (total 6 oz) with Bacon, sautéed onions, Cheddar with their special sauce taking it over the top. The Beermore-Brat with a few toppings including Sauerkraut & Tri colored peppers-tasty. Order took about 10-15 minutes. They were starting to pick up at the Brewery so, if you want food, better to order early to avoid a wait. Their menu covers a few bases and I saw an order of the Pulled Pork Buckin Fries that looked like a work of art. Friendly and engaging service with a few offerings to compliment your Brewery visit.

Someone suggested the restaurant, and I did not do any follow-up research. Although the restaurant is connected to a liquor store, you cannot consume alcohol inside. But, I guess that was not a deal breaker because I was more interested in some good ol' BBQ. At the counter, I started to look over the menu because there were quite a lot of interesting items. They have a long list of various BBQ/meat items and a bunch of sides. For my dining pleasure, I went with the two meat (general BBQ and sausage), two sides combo (greens and mac n cheese), which was about 18 bucks. The price for the amount of food wasn't too bad. To be frank the food was not what I expected. Ok, the food was not horrible, but I think that I might have set my expectations too high. Normally, when I think of Texas BBQ, I think of meat that is slowly cooked so that it's very tender. The meat here seemed like it was cooked on a grill and mixed with BBQ sauce immediately prior to serving. I decided on the old bay and traditional elote. My order took about quite awhile, which was disappointing, because corn on a stick shouldn't take too long to make. Granted, they were getting a lot of business, but it still sucks to wait. The truck was nice, it is definitely new, bright and shiny. The service was good, though I didn't have much interaction with the owners. I really ended the traditional elote, the flavors was amazing and the corn was cooked well. The old bay option was a little too salty for my liking though. It wasn't horrible, but I didn't enjoy it as much.

It's not really living up to expectation. The concept of this truck seems to be experimental to a certain degree and I can't say I loved their take on this one. Like other reviews mentioned, it's more like thick cut bacon on a fried bun (the menu clearly states the bun is fried, by the way). I was recently at the Food Truck Friday in Annapolis event and while I was ordering something from another vendor I smelled their heavenly Chicken Tikka Masala and instantly wished I'd ordered that instead.
