It was recently torn down & rebuilt.. it looks way better than the old one & they have security guards inside now.. no self serve drink machine the employees have to get it. Waiting area is so much better now, it's clean no smell. I didn't go in the bathroom but next I go back I will. But so far so good we'll see if it stays this way. The employees are new & so is the management.

This has to be the absolute worst Micky D's. Ordered a big mac meal & wen I went to eat it the meat was on top of the lettuce pickles & the top of the bun was upside down & under everything. The manager was cool but I can tell he didn't really care.

Absolutely HORRIBLE all the way around. The place was dirty. Straws napkins trash everywhere including at the soda station. The dining room was dirty and no one was bothered. There were at least 6 people waiting for orders. I didn't even want to sit down for my what ended up being a ten minute wait. For my food and it looked like someone smashed it and threw it together! I will not be back! If u drive past there and think about getting a bite to eat KEEP GOING!

I usually use drive thru, swift service friendly staff, I highly recommend this establishment, in a hurry stop on by.

This was my second visit, and it definitely lived up to the first. On my first stop, I had the ham and Swiss panini with a cookie butter latte. The sandwich was grilled perfectly, crispy on the outside, melty and satisfying inside, and the latte was absolutely delicious. I was honestly bummed to learn the cookie butter latte was seasonal because it deserves a permanent spot on the menu. This time around, I tried the breakfast panini and added ham, along with an iced sugar cookie latte (another seasonal drink that was so good). The food was pleasant and comforting, and once again, the drink really stole the show. Overall, Llamas Corner nails the combo of great atmosphere, thoughtful food, and creative drinks. I'll definitely be back... just crossing my fingers that some of those seasonal lattes become regulars.

There are two kiosks where you order. I got the french toast matcha latte which was ready quickly. The matcha wasn't the best quality or wasn't prepared properly, imo. It tasted very soapy and the french toast flavor wasn't very noticeable. I've definitely had much better matcha in Baltimore and wouldn't recommend Llamas' if you're particular about your matcha. Maybe their coffee is better? I also noticed a section on the menu labeled "gluten free" but the only option listed was a bag of chips. Would be nice to see some other offerings for GF folks.

During my most recent visit, it was the Bangkok that caught my eye. This drink, which was vegan as is, featured Vegan Condensed Milk, Espresso, Oat Milk and Nutmeg. It was a very light, not overly sweet drink. Score another one for Vent. The ambiance of Vent is pretty interesting as one side of its warehouse inside is a cafe with bar, table and bench seating and the other is the roastery. I love to order my drink and then watch the roasters do their magic. Vent has a lot of merch, bags of coffee, canned cold brews, etc for sale in their small shop. Previously I've purchased some of their bags and canned cold brews. Both were exceptional. I'm not in Vent's area often but when I am, I make it a point to stop for a visit.

In fact, during the week they close at 6pm which is pretty generous hours for the area. Every time I come in, there's plenty of people remote working from one of the many cafe tables or at the bar. The ambiance is quiet and relaxing, unlike other coffee shops where music or conversations might be loud. The prices are typical for their speciality lattes, around $7 on average. I recently ordered their seasonal caramel latte and it was delicious. Perfectly sweet with a beautiful foam heart on the top! I wish I took a pic. I will definitely be back and need to add Vent into my regular rotation of WFH spots.

I ordered a breakfast burrito, and it's been three days since I had it and I'm still craving the taste. Who knew you could make tofu taste so good? You're not going to find everything here, but the sections that are curated are top-notch. I got a few books about abolition and a handful of poetry collections written by locals. This is, in my mind, the best part of the place. There's also a big selection of zines, and the person working told me I could choose some free posters. Then there's the cafe part. All vegan? Sounds amazing! In reality, it's quite expensive and just OK? Like, I've been a vegan for nearly two decades and I've eaten my fair share of vegan food around the world. And the food I got at Red Emma's? I paid $20 ish for a cheeseburger with applewood smoked bacon, and it tasted fine, but it wasn't great. I don't know, I was expecting something more delicious, not something I could have made at home for 1/4 of the price. Maybe it was just that I choose the wrong item, because there are other items on the menu that also looked good. Of course I get that because it's worker owned, prices might be higher. I get it. But it was still disappointing. And the people working were nice but sort of disinterested. Some more good things: They sell Palestinian sodas, which I love. There is an option to prepay for a meal or a drink for someone less fortunate. They open their bathrooms and space to members of the community, which means anyone who is e.g. unhoused can use the space. It seems like the spot is doing a lot for the community, which I admire. A lot of people were there working on their laptops etc., so it seems to be a space people like to hang out and get stuff done. I plan to come back next time I'm in Baltimore to give it another chance, so stay tuned.
