History
Established in 2007.
The Four Aims Center for Mind-Body Therapy was created as a West Seattle resource offering counseling and classes that blend wisdom and healing modalities from both Western and Eastern traditions. Creating deep, healthy connections, reducing suffering, and expanding consciousness continue to be the chief intentions of Kat's practice, both personally and professionally. To that end, the Four Aims, based on ancient teachings form India, are a reference and point of focus in helping to develop greater insight, compassion, resiliency, self-soothing skills, basis for choice, and healthy behaviors.
