The woman we did business with is the sister of the owner (her name is Janet... ask for her!!) and she was very professional and competent. My parents had done business with her before and I was pleased to meet her. One of the big things that pleased me was that the disposable fee for my old oven is going to be less than $100 and the install is less than $300. I had gone to Doyon's in Gloucester earlier in the day and the quoted me $800 for the same service!! I will have my new ovens in less than two weeks. It will be great to have it done since I replaced my cooktop last year (took the gas out and put an induction top in).

Liz had previously given me a timeframe for receipt of the nightstand of 8-15 business days. When it came time to order it, however, Liz gave me a timeframe of 6-8 weeks. I said ok since I wanted that particular nightstand to match our bedroom set. After 9 weeks I called to inquire about the status only to have a voicemail from Liz telling me that the nightstand didn't come in and "I am going to have to ask you to order it somewhere else." She obviously didn't order it. She could at least have apologized and offer to order it then. I did order it from AFA Stores at a huge savings and it was delivered to my home in excellent condition free of charge! I guess I should be grateful since I saved a ton of money and now I know not to bother looking at Appliance Warehouse.

And they sure came through! We found a couple of fridges available through the outlet for a few hundred dollars off due to minor cosmetic damage. I called on a Friday morning and Jason went and double checked that the fridges were there and re-described the "issues" with each. Within half an hour we had our fridge ordered and paid for. Delivery for new orders was pushed out nearly a week when I called, due to the volume of sales from the tax-free holiday. I understood the situation and was ready to live with no fridge for several more days. But here's when they went the extra mile - I had mentioned offhand that our fridge was out of commission during our conversation and without my asking for him to do so, Jason said, "since I know you have no fridge, let me talk to the delivery team and see if I can get next-day delivery for you." And HE DID! Delivery went very smoothly. I was texted with a link so that I could track the progress of the truck to my house online. Gerber and his crew showed up bright and early Saturday morning with my lovely new fridge. They were efficient and friendly and explained everything. When I couldn't get my sliding door to lock properly after they'd gone back to the truck, I thought that maybe they hadn't reassembled something right (they'd had to take the handle off the door to fit the fridge through) and went running down the driveway. Gerber came back up to the house and even though as soon as he looked at it, he saw that what was malfunctioning wasn't a part of the door they had disassembled, he still took a few minutes to help figure out what was wrong. And the "cosmetic damage" that got us about a 30% discount on the fridge? One tiiiiiny little ding in one of the doors that is barely visible. All in all, a very stressful experience ended on a high note thanks to a company that clearly understands what it means to provide exceptional customer service and hires folks who are proactive, friendly, and helpful.

I went with a price range in mind and Jeremy our salesperson was able to get us a great dishwasher in the ball park of our budget! The best part is that Dracut Appliance delivers, removes the old dishwasher, and sends their own plumber to install. All for a very reasonable price! I love a reasonable one shot stop without the hassle and stress of having to coordinate everything myself! The plumber and his apprentice were efficient and kind! I will absolutely return to Dracut Appliance and I highly recommend them if you need a new appliance!

Was told they would still have to send someone out to measure and then return with the new unit . I said why couldn't the service person bring the unit with him and install it . Was told they could not take my word on the dimensions and it would have to measured . I said I would send a picture of the tag with model and sn on it to verify fitment . Was told they would sell me a unit if i wanted to install it myself I said if I wanted to install it myself I would go to Best buy and get one cheaper they said to go ahead . They just want to add the cost of sending a person out twice . We recently bought a complete kitchen from them ( they did not install it the contractor did ) will not buy from them again .

Yes, they were impacted by the distributor issue that meant they couldn't get clear answers on when products were available. That has nothing to do with the following: Me: I'd like a Frigidaire cooktop Sales guy: you can buy Frigidaire but it's like buying a Kia car (Frigidaire is one of the brands on the side of their service vehicles) Me: I need a downdraft too. I'd like the kitchenaid one. Sales guy: we don't carry that one Me: ok, you have it on your website. Sales guy: ok, I can sell it to you but I won't know when we will be able to get it until it's ordered Me: so I have to authorize my credit card and then you'll tell me when you'll be able to deliver? Sales guy: (blank look) Another week goes by and I'm told we don't know when we can get the downdraft or if it will fit with the cooktop. So what is it that we are doing here? Finally, I give up and go somewhere else. All emails exchanged with the sales guy were sentence fragments and unclear. I think the staff needs some basic communication and sales training. I was led in circles for several weeks.
