He repeatedly yelled at me that I didn't know what I was talking about, I would just believe anyone's lies (not sure where he even got that from) and I was an idiot. My insurance called him multiple times to try and get my $ back and he flat out refused. He is a criminal that is committing insurance fraud, judging from those who had similar experiences to me. I wish I had read reviews before my appointment, I never would have gone there.

As soon as I arrived I explained to the receptionist why I was coming in just to look at frames. I just had a eye test done two day ago she went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. She put me in for another eye test to recheck everything and explained my benefits to me unlike Cohens who didn't even have my info I had to print it out for them the process was simple and the frames were priced perfect all in all the doctors and ever staff member were extremely nice and helpful! I will be using them in the future! Sure enough Cohens tried charging me 500 dollars and tried giving me lenses I didn't even need! I got everything I needed to 208! Amazing

Ok folks, here's the update: I went back today and spoke with the optician, told him the…read moreprescription was wrong and although i didn't understand the lengthy reason for why he gave me the wrong prescription in the first place, he did speak to the manager on my behalf to ask her to re cut the lenses to the correct prescription. She told me to take the corrected paperwork back to the place that made the glasses, and if they wouldn't recut them, then Cohens would. I didn't believe it, but the place recut the lenses, and so the whole thing started out messed up and ended up ok; picking up my fixed glasses tomorrow. I think Cohens really did try to mitigate the mess. Happy ending, upgraded rating!
