She put me in for another eye test to recheck everything and explained my benefits to me unlike Cohens who didn't even have my info I had to print it out for them the process was simple and the frames were priced perfect all in all the doctors and ever staff member were extremely nice and helpful! I walked in and was greeted by Steve and let me tell you I would never have known that they close at 6. He allowed me to put in my prescription explained my situation he did this all on his own without his assistant and he never rushed me. In fact it was funny and nice any educated me on how to use transition glasses which I've never had before. He was very patient while my son tried on several different frames. Finally found one that was perfect. The price was right and the turnaround time for the glasses was about a week. I went back a second time when my prescription changed and meet with someone else who was great as well. And once again about a week turnaround time and this was durning a holiday weekend so I assume it would be longer but it wasn't. This place has so many kids frame to chose from.
