He repeatedly yelled at me that I didn't know what I was talking about, I would just believe anyone's lies (not sure where he even got that from) and I was an idiot. My insurance called him multiple times to try and get my $ back and he flat out refused. He is a criminal that is committing insurance fraud, judging from those who had similar experiences to me. I wish I had read reviews before my appointment, I never would have gone there.

She put me in for another eye test to recheck everything and explained my benefits to me unlike Cohens who didn't even have my info I had to print it out for them the process was simple and the frames were priced perfect all in all the doctors and ever staff member were extremely nice and helpful! I will be using them in the future! Sure enough Cohens tried charging me 500 dollars and tried giving me lenses I didn't even need! I got everything I needed to 208! Amazing

They really take their time with each customer, and genuinely care about your experience and that you leave very satisfied. It saddens me that the person that I had come to respect and enjoyed as a sales representative who getting my prescription orders from over the years made mistake after mistake after mistake getting my glasses done. She seemed more interested in gossiping about her neighbor and thoughts of retiring to the point where I do not believe that she's able to do her job effectively without errors. Even after that, when I had finally gotten the glasses that I chose (after 3 tries) the prescription was wrong. I now have a pair of glasses that I've never worn because of that. Never again! So sadly I will never use JCPenney again. You have been warned.
