By the 4th day, 5 nails had lifted I called & explained to them I just got them done & they're lifting they said to come in & we will fix them. I was there for 2 hours as they drilled them out ( didn't need to do that) and filled them. As I was leaving the owner said $55 please. I was shocked why am I paying for something that wasn't done right the first time so then she said I'll take 5% off. I still said what?? I wasted two hours of my time and you expect me to pay for something that wasn't done right the first time I paid $125 less than a week ago and now you want more money out of me I will never go back there!

But as I stood there and looked around; I noticed none of the sanitizing machines were even on! That's a big red flag!!! There was no proper form of ventilation that I could even hear or see. They were opened a few hours already and were booked but weren't cleaning anything? That's odd. Get an infection at your own risk. They were extremely impolite and lack experience. The salon appears clean to the untrained eye but I can assure you that this place is full of highly unsanitary conditions.

Then, she moved on to my Brazilian. Keep in mind I took a break for a while and needed this sensitive area waxed! She worked quickly and talked to me to keep me comfortable the entire time. She told me I should exfoliate the area (after 2 days past) and suggested a product they carry for that exact purpose.
