Would give 0 if I could. I recently moved to Attleboro and thought I would give this place a try this morning for gel nails. They used a drill on my nails that was so HOT. I've had gel nails over 10 years and never experienced this, I told him and he continued going. I asked 3 times if he'd ever done gel before and he did not respond. Another women was having her nails done and was having a horrible experience as well, when the other ladies manicurist noticed how frustrated I was getting she came over to see what was happening and with this the lady she was doing got up and left because her experience was so bad too!!. Her nails were not even half done, absolutely horrible I should have never tried this place. Two people leaving in the course of 10 minutes should speak to how horrible it is. I recently moved to Attleboro and needed to find a new nail salon. As an acrylic nail wearer since 13 years old, I am super critical about my acrylic nails. I will say that Rose did an incredible job! She was very thorough, polite, talented and precise. She gave me exactly what I asked for regarding shape and length. I went there today. The lady was not listening to me and what I wanted. countless times I dont want hombre and finger tip length shorter shorter shorter. She was playing with her phone and getting up and down up and down more than she worked on my nails in 40 minutes . The drill heads were dirty and shared with the table behind me. That table had issues also. The technician was burning the girls nail beds behind me. Before the woman got back to my nails and putting acrylic on I got up and left I'm so did the girl behind me I do not recommend this place they do not listen or know what they are doing. I got a full set this past Sunday and I am highly disappointed and frustrated with how my nails came out. It is now Friday, 5 days after I had gotten my full set and I am already missing 2 nails and they all ready need to be filled. Also the color comes off when I grab things, they leave red streaks on like pieces of paper. I paid 27 dollars and gave a 5 dollar tip and not even 5 full days later I need them redone. read more

Went here for the first time to have a gel manicure. The manicurists used new tools from a completely sealed orginal packaging kit and also washed her hands. About 1/2 way through, a party of 8-10 ladies showed up.(talk about pressure)The staff were attentive to the new costumers, however, my manicurist still took the time to finish my nails and massage my arms and hands without rushing me out. don't get your eyebrows waxed here.. I said I like my eyebrows thick and just needed a shape up and she made my whole eyebrow thin and left a big chunk of hair at the start of my eyebrow. She didn't even show me what they looked liked after they were done. Luckily I'm not the rude type but I will not go for waxing again. Do not recommend. read more

I got in my car and all my nails were lifted. I had a full set put on and they didn't even glue the tips all the way down. I went back into complain and they wanted to file down my natural nail, I refused I don't want my nail bed damaged over your mistake. I asked them to take the nails off and they cut me. I'm impressed the service here is incredible they are extremely accommodating I originally had an appointment at four and then decided I could go earlier around two so I called them and they said no problem didn't even get upset or hesitate to take me in when I got there I was taken right away and neo immediately started to work on my nails I was extremely specific in what I wanted because I'm a bit picky when it comes to the look of acrylic nails that did not bother him in the least bit he took his time and gave me exactly what I asked for without having to remind him at all this is the best pink and white full set that I have ever received and I'm beyond happy I will definitely be going back this place is very very clean and relaxing as well I enjoyed my experience excellent solid work I'll be recommending this place to everyone I know read more

I thought I would give this place a try, super convenient location. Was very disappointed. Was rushed to pick a color because I came in with gel color that needed to be removed. Was never asked how I was wanted my nails filed...volunteered that I wanted them squared with round edges. When she finished filing, I was shocked at how short my nails were! I wanted them shape not shortened! The color is not what I expected, again had to pick it quickly. Usually after one nail is painted they ask if you like the color, this didn't happen. This place is amazing (but steer clear of the older woman)! I had a bridal party of 10 people and they dealt with us with ease. We were able to set up a table for food and mimosa's while waiting and even getting our manicures and pedicures. The staff was super friendly and I received a free gel manicure as the Bride! I will start off by saying the staff were super friendly and the salon looked very clean. As far as the nail service though I am highly disappointed, I had the basic gel mani and hot stone pedi. I don't normally do the hot stone but they said they were having a sale so I said why not. I was there 4 days ago and one of the gels has already peeled off, she also left about a 2mm gap between my cuticle and where the polish started so it already looks like I've had these more than a week. The pedi did not seem upgraded aside from her using hot stones, and my big toe was smudged by the time I got home. That is not totally their fault but the whole service was just a disappointment. My mother and I visited this salon this past Friday afternoon around 3:30. I understand that around this time it's a bit busier with everyone getting out of work and us walking in without calling ahead probably was not very convenient for them. We got seated shortly after walking in and immediately both of us were attended to by the same tech. Everything was so rushed and I was even afraid to tell the tech I wasn't happy with my color because I felt so uncomfortable. Luckily my mom picked the same color so when she was getting her nails filed I was able to pick out a new color for her. There were pieces of little bristles stuck in my shellac and my nails didn't even look like the cuticles were touched. My moms nails the next day were in a lot of pain as well. I was extremely disappointed with our visit here, as we had been here once before and it was a very pleasant experience. And it didn't seem like you needed to call ahead because everyone else that walked in after had not called ahead. As busy as you may have thought you were, we were still paying customers.
