Update: Zak repaired the sink which had fallen. The countertops look amazing now. Thanks! Update: a few days after installation, the ceramic undermount sink separated from the countertop. I alerted Zak at Fortunate to the problem immediately. Since then he's been telling me he'll be out to fix it almost every day, and still hasn't fixed it. I'm so sad to have to write this update, and I hope that Zak will stand by his work and make things right. I'll update again if he does fix it. read more

I initially called this company on a Tuesday and got a response immediately, by Friday of the same week I had countertops and a new sink installed. Do not recommend this company at all. Stay away!! They did not do as they promised. Left our cabinets completely dirty. They did not know what they were doing in reference to tile backsplash. Took them longer than they thought and were at our house until 9:00pm on most nights. read more

A very frustrating experience, I contacted them Jun 11, I was given a quote and told it would take 4-10 business days to install the granite. I was asked for a quick deposit via Venmo so that they could get started and install quickly, I paid $1250 never received an invoice, no word for days, after repeatedly texting him and asking him about an install date I was given a few dates but no body would show up or answer messages. Finally on June 24th he showed up to measure and I was told installation would be within the week, I again waited as weeks passed by without the granite. After no response and several failed attempts at communicating on July 11 I requested a refund for my deposit, to this day (September 1st) I have not received the deposit back and no installation has happened either. Very unreliable and unprofessional, I paid and never received the granite. All I am asking at this point is for a refund and he is not even giving me that. I would consider a different company instead of this one. read more

Fabulous company to work with. They are honest, responsive and do good work. I contacted them about getting counters after the big box stores had very high prices. Initially I was looking at granite but I changed over to quartz. Zack is great in working with me and letting me look at what I wanted.
