I'll give him an extra star just in the small chance that this isn't an upsell , but speaking to my usual Dealer in Austin , he's very confused by this . I have my doubts . The car is 40,000 miles . Driven very moderately . "This isn't rare enough to call BS outright, but low miles + breakage almost always points to service error" I was okay to spend a little more for given the reviews but this has all sorts of red flags ..wasn't all that quick either . Not slow but trying to find any silver lining possible .

I'm always weary of auto shops and think that I'll be cheated or overcharged, but Mr. Atit and…read moreAlfredo are both very friendly and honest. I've used them for maintenance, brake pads, etc. on my SUV and paid much less than I would have at any Mercedes Benz location. This week, my engine light went on and when I called yesterday, Mr. Atit told me to tighten my gas cap and drive for 10-20 miles before coming in. Sure enough, my gas cap has this exact waning on the outside and after doing as he instructed, the light went off today (and let's hope it stays that way)! It was very kind and admirable of him to save me my time and money. I don't think any other shops in the area would do the same.

Where do I even begin?? My mother-n-law's car broke down off of 36 and an off duty Sheriff had her…read morecar towed to Christian Brothers and then he and his wife personally drove her to the shop. He made sure she was safe and in really good hands. The entire staff took such good care of her and even drove her home. We normally use another mechanic which we trust whole heartedly so I had the car towed to the other shop. Her motor had to be replaced and both shops gave us quotes but Christian Brother's was $1,000 less and had a rebuilt motor with lower mileage available. So we decided to use Christian Brother's for the repair. They were super quick and kept in touch with my husband and I to make sure we knew what was going on every step of the way!! (I'd like to add that the Sheriff stopped by the next day to check with them to see if she was ok!) We got the car back and all was good...and then it started to overheat so we took it back in and there was a defective seal - they replaced it of course under the 3,000 mile / 36 month warranty. Again, the drove her back and forth so she didn't have to find a ride. She even joked around with them asking if they'd mow her grass when he took her home the first time and when he brought her car to her once it had been repaired she teased that since he hadn't done the grass yet now he'd have to paint the house. Joking around like the we're old friends! Today I took my daughter to buy her first new (to her) car. Before we went shopping we stopped by to check in on the recent repair for my mother-n-law's car. Mind you we've only met briefly before - when I walked in they called me by name and immediately asked about my mother-n-law. We talked to them about our plans to buy a new vehicle and they gave us some recommendations and gave us some great advice. With my daughter having all of these new responsibilities I wanted her to know that if she ever needed a trustworthy mechanic close by - these were her guys! I am so happy that they take so much pride in their work and their customers!! It really does take a lot of stress off my plate knowing my 2 favorite girls are in good hands if they ever need it!! So a big huge thank you to everyone at Christian Brothers!!!
