Flat white coffee and latte with almond milk

Food- ordered coffee. Latte was warm and tasted like almond milk only. Flat white coffee was like drinking flavored water. Both hot coffees were more like warm coffees and tasted disgusting. Service- fair Ambiance- tranquil, coffee shop vibes Would not recommend at all for coffee.

My husband picked me up a 12 oz cup of the Forté blend while he was out running some errands on New Years Eve.  I am not a huge coffee person, preferring to grab a chai tea or hot cocoa, but I'm trying to become more adult in my methods of acquiring caffeine.  Energy drinks with loads of carbs are being cut out slowly, so coffee is something I'm attempting to aquire a taste for.  The forté blend was a good choice and I'll probably get it next time I come in.  They do also have baked goods that all look delicious, but I haven't gotten one yet.

Local coffee place in downtown st Joseph, with a small seating area towards the back of the shop. It was nice to walk around with coffee at the shops. It's also a short walk down to the beach. I had an iced latte with vanilla and honey.

We love stopping here for coffee each time we pass through St. Joe. Great atmosphere and very good drinks. Today we had a quad shot mocha and white mocha frappe. So good!

Great coffee in a cute area! Was glad I stopped by to explore - there is a small amount of good seating areas indoor and outdoor as well.

We ordered lattes, a ginger shot, and avocado toast with an egg over easy. My latte I ordered with lavender. So yummy! The portions were large. The avocado toast was okay. I would probably get something else off the menu. Everyone else's food looked amazing! Our avocado toast came with four pieces. The toast wasn't toasted. We weren't able to pick up our toast. Lots of avocado which was great. We added an egg, which really covered one piece of toast. I would probably go with the breakfast tacos or omelette next time. The people were so kind! There is overflow parking down the street. Easy walk.

Clifford's is absolutely adorable -- beautiful plants, cozy decor, and a great vibe. Unfortunately,…read morethe charm stopped there. The coffee tasted like ground asphalt mixed with cleaning solution, and the latte was completely undrinkable. To top it off, there were flies crawling on the big, beautiful muffins displayed by the door -- definitely not what you want to see before breakfast. For $25 for two coffees and two muffins, I expected something special -- not a science experiment gone wrong in a cup. The service made things worse. We felt rushed out the door as staff kept stopping by every couple of minutes to take something away -- a spoon, a knife, a plate -- each on separate trips. It was absurd. Aesthetically, Clifford's nails it. But between the awful coffee, the flies, and the constant interruptions, it was an expensive disappointment. Beautiful place, but we won't be back.

The menu has so many interesting and tasty options that it makes it hard to choose what to order first. I got the steak bowl, which comes with an egg and plenty of sautéed peppers, onions and potatoes. Highly recommend. Even the drink options are exciting. Locally made cherry limeade?! Yes please! The ambiance is warm and welcoming, the staff is friendly. Even though you are in the middle of an open-concept business collective, the layout of the restaurant space makes you feel like you are in someone's giant, awesome home kitchen and you can watch as your meal is made. It took me a moment to put my finger on it, but this place gives you the reassurance that your meal is being made by people who enjoy good food. As someone who loves to cook and is on the tail end of a road trip, this was the most relaxed and enjoyable meal I've had in a while. I enjoyed it on so many levels. The restaurant is tucked away inside of a bigger collective of stores, one of which is Dad's Farm, a little grocery with a nice collection of packaged and frozen locally sourced foods. There are other shops in the collective including a coffee shop, brewery, cheese shop, wine shop, and gift shop with great art, cards, jewelry and other clever gifts. It's a nice group of shops where you can pick up some great souvenirs. A quick note about the entrance to the collective: it was not obvious to me, though I might have missed some signage. I was looking at the map on my phone, was on Pleasant St, and passed by the whole thing several times. I almost gave up trying to find it, but I could smell good food, so I finally took a chance on a tinted door near a coffee shop and was happily surprised to find I was in the right spot for Dad's Cafe as well. Give Dad's Farm and Cafe a try, I think you'll really enjoy it!

Or, I did. This person must really need 50 cents badly to actually ignore a customer and to refuse a refund. Your business will not last if you do not have the management skills to back up cooking skills. And this is a small area. When a customer asks you why you charged them something, they are not just asking. It is theft. I expect an answer when I ask that question. My receipt clearly shows a custom charge of 50 cents, for a side of sauce that I did not receive. It was actually supposed to be a dollar because I ordered 2 sides. I sent a message and was told that I was not charged, end of reply. I replied that I was. Instead of sending a refund, they sent me a copy of the current receipt that clearly shows a 50 cent custom charge on it. I am not the blind one here. I messaged again asking what the charge was for, if not for the sauce. No reply. I am also tired of tipping on takeout just to have no one check the orders and for it to go out wrong, no more. What is the tip for? It was 2 items, juice, and some sauce, not hard to get right. Tip in cash only if your order is correct. A normal response would also be to apologize for getting the order wrong to begin with. I have not received another response or a refund so I take it that they feel entitled to take money for items not given. It is not about the amount of money, just the audacity and bad business practices. Shameful behavior. There is nothing special about the menu here so something better will eventually take its place.
