AVOID THIS COMPANY!!…read more I contracted with them early February 2018. On April 23rd they called and said they are all set to do install my solar panels, but needed a check for supplies. This was on a Monday and they were going to install on that Friday, so they sent Hans, an employee, to my house to pick up check. Well, the weekend passed & no install. After many unreturned phone calls & emails, I checked w the county and found out they hadn't even applied for ANY of the permits. They took my money & were never planning on doing the install. This company apparently was decent once...years ago, but something really stinks there now. All I get are more delays, more empty promises, e.g., "your supplies are on the next shipment", "your job is top priority and the next to be done", and countless times I was told they would contact me tomorrow, and weeks went by w/o any communication until I initiated it only to get more B.S. They never answer their phones. Recently I told them I am canceling contract & want my deposits back or I would be taking legal actions. A full week later, Michael Geaneas got back to me. Stated he was in the middle "restructuring the company" and had no access to refund my deposits, but would in four weeks. I have no idea what they have done with the money I gave them for my project but apparently they don't have it anymore. I've heard of other folks w similar stories recently. If I could give them less than one star I would. I have two homes and have worked with a lot of contractors for almost anything you can imagine and this company is absolutely the WORST!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I want to sincerely thank Alan and his team, Marlon and Emmanuel, for taking such great care of us…read moreduring our home renovations. In July/August, we experienced a ceiling leak that caused significant damage throughout our home, impacting two bathrooms, the playroom, entryway hallway, and laundry room. After water mitigation and demolition were completed, we were left needing extensive repairs and full remodels of the affected areas. This was our first time dealing with a major home issue, and navigating insurance, contractors, and conflicting opinions felt overwhelming and stressful. I spoke with several contractors and received multiple estimates, but Alan stood out immediately. He was the first to respond and the first to give clear, straightforward, and honest answers. Beyond that, Alan is genuinely such a fun and easygoing person to work with, which made a stressful situation feel much more manageable. He has a great eye for design and prioritizes top-notch materials while still being realistic and respectful of budget. He guided us through the design process, helped with material selection, and made thoughtful recommendations every step of the way. Marlon and Emmanuel are incredibly knowledgeable, respectful, and truly kind. They treated our home with care and always took the time to explain what they were doing, which made us feel confident and at ease throughout the process. Fast forward to today, we finally have our home back -- and we couldn't be happier with the results! Not having functional bathrooms and access to certain rooms for months took a toll on our family and our mental health. Click Construction stepped in during a very difficult time and helped restore not just our home, but our peace of mind. My only regret is not finding them sooner. I've attached before-and-after photos so you can see the incredible transformation for yourself. I highly recommend Click Construction to anyone looking for quality work, honesty, and a team that truly cares.

We are happy to say Randy and Patty know how to deliver! We could not have asked for a better contractor to work with. We got several estimates from different companies (as a good home owner would). There are several areas that ACI stood out from others. First, they listen - they listened to our questions and actually hear the underlying concerns that is triggering the question. We found that other contractors didn't hear what we had to say, or busy saying what they had to say (ie: showing off expertise), or just agreed to whatever we said. Second, they are available and patient in addressing each questions and concerns. Randy and Patty held our hands each step of the way and never left any questions/issues unanswered. Third, they are very organized and structured, which we appreciated for our first renovation. Fourth, they are great communicators. They informed us what was happening each day and it got done by the end of each day. Despite the tight deadline, they completed the project on time with high level of detail to the very end. Lastly, Randy, Patty, and their team are just a pleasure to work with! We are extremely happy with the new space and have already recommended them to two people. We would definitely contact them again for our future projects.

Marvin and his team helped remodel 1.5 baths in our home in Herndon, VA and did a fantastic job. We would definitely use them again. The project took them 7 days (July 2018). They were professional, cleaned up after themselves (as much as they could during the week since they were going to be returning the next day), and we couldn't have been more pleased with their work. One thing I really appreciated was a labor quote the day Marvin walked in for the estimate. A lot of companies will give you the "whole" cost for the project, but Marvin was up front, said this is how much we will charge for labor, and we would be responsible for materials (going with him to Home Depot to pick up, choose, and pay for the materials).
