She asked what everyone was there for in line. I camly said I was waiting in line for an appointment for our upcoming wedding. Instead of assisting me, the manager began raising her voice and telling me they do not make appointments because it is prom season. I told her I had an email confirmation and talked to someone a few hours ago who called me to confirm. She said that mustve been the other manager who just left sick. Which makes no sense if one manager was confirming appointments why is the other one berating me that they do not take them. She continued to scream at me infront of the entire store from across the room. Everyone was staring and looking at me. I left on tears.... I was there to discuss and book tuxedos for an entire wedding party, so this was extremely disappointing. I completely understand that businesses can be busy during prom season, I was not trying to skip the line. but there is no excuse for speaking to customers in such a disrespectful manner. Being yelled at in the middle of the store was embarrassing and unprofessional. I did not expect special treatment--I simply expected the appointment that had been confirmed. The way the situation was handled ensured that I will be taking my wedding business elsewhere.

Unfortunately, my experience was the exact opposite. I am MOB and came in with my daughter and her fiancé who is also female. I am going to mention this here although it is not something I ever think about, but seemed to be an obvious issue with some of your staff. They are both beautiful, and happen to be plus-sized. We were eyed up and down when we first arrived and then again by the sales associate, Lesley (sp?). We probably should have left right then and there. She was definitely taken aback when I introduced my daughter and her fiancé...caught herself quickly, but was clear. It is 2026, and this being Pride Month, she should have faked it better. To say she was probably the worst dress consultant I have ever had is an understatement. She questioned me on my normal clothing size three times (I wear a size 6 in street clothes and she twice said something about me being a 12...and no, not in dress sizes which I fully understand run small). This clearly indicates she doesn't know what should be her craft which I would expect from a sales consultant at a shop like Jan's. Then she didn't listen to anything my daughter had to say or me for that matter. It almost made me apologize for being selective and no one should have to do that ever, particularly when shopping for such a wonderful occasion. I did try on some dresses, despite her not showing me what I really wanted. She consistently talked about the dress sizes, unnecessarily as that is a ridiculous concern. And as we were leaving, she rambled on, unprovoked, about these lavish weddings that people have and she wonders if they'll still be married in ten years and then wished my daughter and her fiancé good luck. Very odd and made the whole experience that much worse. Such a sad, complete disappointment...

I came in with a very specific suit and custom fabric in mind, but Jorge suggested an option I had actually filtered out while browsing online. I'm glad he did--it ended up being a fun, versatile color/fabric that works beyond what I originally intended. Instead of just a summer/vacation suit I'd wear a handful of times, I can easily see myself wearing it to work as well and out on dates/weekends. I've been a SuitSupply customer since ~2018 and have purchased over a dozen suits, so I've had a range of experiences at this location. I've felt a push to a certain style multiple occasions a few years back in which left me dissatisfied so I started getting work wear at a different location. It can be a bit hit or miss depending on who you work with, but Jorge definitely stands out. He listens, gives thoughtful input, and helps you think a bit outside your initial plan--in a good way. No experience is perfect, but overall I'd absolutely work with him again. I'll likely be back in the fall for another staple suit, and he'll be the first person I look for. Highly recommend.

I considered renting but said F it, I'll buy one and hopefully get invited to a few more weddings or events where I can wear a tux. I researched options and from what I read Suitsupply stuck out as a sweet spot on quality and price....not the cheapest price, but for the quality of the suit or tux you're getting, you're not paying a premium price. I didn't do a ton of research on different tux styles and options, lucky for me Chris was THE MAN. He was the person who helped me select the various components and styles of the tux and not only was able to advise on fit but also style. I was on a time crunch due to a busy day, Chris said bring it on, we completed the full process in 30 mins, the tux looked great and will be available to pickup as soon as tomorrow or Thursday as only a few alterations were needed to be made. Good products, great people, definitely recommend.

July 2025 - Mona's Boutique and Tailoring is the biggest rip-off place I have ever encountered. I…read morebrought my mother of the bride dress there to be altered and hemmed. When I went back, I was not happy with the length, but she hurried me out and said it was perfect. She charged me a total of $730 for alterations and hemming. After trying it on a few times at home I was still not happy with it, I decided to get a second opinion. I brought it to another tailor in Brick, and they told me Mona ruined the dress. It was not until I went to this second tailor did I realize what a terrible job Mona did for a ton of money, $730. This was a $1500 dress. Mona cut the lace when she was not supposed to. The top of the dress was a botched job. Also, Mona did not take it in correctly around the hip area. Basically, the new tailor must totally re-do the dress again from start. I was so upset but the new tailor is going to do their best to fix it for me for a total of $250. When going back to Mona she was very unprofessional and nasty and would not listen to a word I said. She told me the new tailor was going to ruin the dress on me. Mona just yelled and screamed at me and kicked me out. I would never want anyone else to experience this. I was naive and did not know any better and I got screwed. Please be careful and do not go to Mona's Boutiques and Tailoring. Please do your research.

When my daughter tried the dress on and came out of the dressing room Mona looked at the dress on her and said that it was too much material to take in and told her to order a size smaller. She did not care that it was the smallest size possible. If she was truly a seamstress she would have taken in the dress where it was needed but I guess it was too much work for her and she did not want to do it. I will NEVER go back to her shop again.

My son decided last minute (10 days before prom) that he was going so I felt I was never going to be able to get a tux in this short span of time. We were told we didn't need an appointment. Walked in. Store was very crowded. I was so pleasantly surprised that we were waited on immediately. They had unlimited options. Took my son's measurements. Super helpful. They gave him several different things to try on. In the end (a half hour max) we had everything ready to go. My son was able to pick the entire outfit up in 2 days. And a HUGE added bonus was the owner was at the high school the next morning from 11-12noon for me to drop tux off. That was super helpful. HIGHLY recommend this place
