Me and my family rented a radio flyer wagon plus canopy for the week. Couldn't have been a better experience. The wagon was delivered early on Saturday by a very friendly delivery team who would have taken the time to help me set up the canopy if I didn't know how. The 5 stars were earned the next day however. The wagons wheel broke when we were out on the boardwalk Saturday night. I called the office Sunday morning expecting to leave a message but instead they were open and when I spoke with the woman on the phone she promised to have a new wagon delivered to me that day. She came through on her promise and we were back on the boards that night. That is the kind of service that separates the best from the rest. Relax Concierge has earned a customer for life. Relax Concierge saved my vacation!!! I was so happy to finally vacation in Ocean City without having to pack all these different sheets and towels. I even purchased one of the inflatable gold swans that they offer as merchandise on their website and my daughters loved it. We had a great experience renting from Relax in OCNJ last week. I grew up in Philly and was used to lugging beach chairs, umbrellas and all household linens down the shore every summer. When we planned a trip from Atlanta, I didn't know what I was going to do. I did some googling and came across Relax, and I'm so glad I did. They had everything we needed and ordering was an easy process. We ordered an umbrella, 2 beach chairs, beach towels, a beach blanket, huge cooler, and 2 extra pillows, bed sheets and bath towels for the house. The only reasons I'm giving them a 4/5: 1. On delivery day, the linens were in the tub in the house, but the beach stuff was no where to be found. The beach stuff wasn't delivered until MUCH later in the day (like 7pm?) and we really needed that cooler to get some beers (shh!) cold and save some much needed fridge space. 2. We were charged $25 for a "missing" beach blanket, but I had put the blanket in the tub with the dirty linens. They have since refunded the money, but it was a little hassle. We will 100% rent from this place again next year. Even if I was living locally, I would still consider this service to save a ton of packing space and time. read more

The linens arrived on time, the order was accurate, and the quality of the linens was very good. I especially liked the bath sheets. Everyone was very happy with the linens. No worries here. I placed my order online through a very user friendly website in May for an August vacation. Book early as the rate was $10 higher for my sister who booked a couple of weeks before the vacation. I was able to find a coupon code for an additional $20 savings as well. We rented sheets, towels and a bathrobe. They were delivered in clear plastic bins, tied in bundles with crafters string and labeled with stickers as to their size. The sheets were soft and deep pocketed. The towels were thick and and soft. The bath towel was a good size. The bathrobe was as plush as I have ever experienced and fit this well rounded gal well. I will be looking for one to get for my home! Here's the kicker! They provided over the door hooks and sparkling water packaged beautifully in the bins. Oh, and a vacation guide book for our destination, I was very impressed. They offer many other items all itemized on their website. Having used other services where things were delivered in plastic bags and not nearly as high a quality, I would definately recommend Relax Concierge! read more

Just got back from our week in Ocean City, NJ. Found Relax Concierge online, used them for the first time and am very happy with the results. Website is easy to use, I added extra items later without a problem. Linens and towels were very good quality. Bins were delivered as promised, beach stuff also delivered. I shopped all the linen rental companies, but Relax Concierge beat them all. I was very pleased with the quality of the linens. The sheets were soft and fresh, the towels fluffy and absorbent.. Everything was high quality. The boxes were waiting when we got there. We had absolutely no issues. If they added a necessities pack with salt, pepper, coffee, toilet paper etc. so you don't have to hit the grocery store the first day, that would be even better! (hint, hint) read more

We have been vacationing in Ocean city for the past 23 years. I wish we had known about this company years ago. We have always brought our own bedding and cribs, etc. - that was until this year when we decided to use this amazing company. Our parents use to supply all these until this year when we wanted to have less hassle for them as they are in their late 70's. We all live a flight away so carrying these items on the plane take up precious clothing space. Plus now traveling with babies it is literally impossible. We had 16 people in the rental property this year so ordered bedding sets for everyone which came with bath towel, hand towel, washcloth and even a beach towel. The bedding was at our rental property door when we arrive, and all i had to do was set them in the same containers when i left. it was that easy!!! i also ended up at the last minute renting a crib as well and they had that to me the same day i arrived. the towels and beach towels were generous and well maintained in cleanliness. There were many other cool things we could have rented as well which we might in future years but I would suggest if you have not tried this company it is worth the money in convenience alone. No lugging around or clean up after your vacation is done just place back in the containers and leave at the door. We rented a house for Thanksgiving in Point Pleasant Beach, NJ and contacted Relax Concierge for linen, mattress and towel support. They delivered the items on time to the house next door (the houses don't have numbers) it was an honest mistake. The items were delivered in easy to carry and use plastic tubs that were troublefree to manage. All of the items were sorted, labeled and bundled for easy identification and distribution. Throughout the process Erin was extremely helpful and the entire experience added to our overall enjoyment of the family gathering.
