Jeana took me to all of my appointments and communicated directly with my doctors when I couldn't fully understand what was being said. During my surgeries, she was by my side. When I was hospitalized, both Jeana and Lisa were just a phone call away, always ready to listen and offer comfort. Jeana would check in regularly to make sure I was doing okay. When I was unstable or after surgeries, the team would stay overnight at my home--not just to be present, but to help clean and organize my space. In many ways, they didn't just tidy my home--they helped me put my life back together. Every single one of them--Rosa, Dawn, Nancy, Lisa, and Jeana--played a part in saving my life when everything was falling apart. They are some of the kindest souls on this earth. When the time came for me to move into an elder care facility, their absence left a real void in my life--a noticeable change. I miss them every day. I often think back and realize that without their care and dedication during those two years, I likely would have had to move into a facility much earlier... or might not have survived at all, given my neurological challenges and instability at home. After checking out a handful of flower shop pages on Yelp, I kept coming back to Millenium - I loved the arrangement photos posted by other Yelpers - especially the one posted by Maria L. On the website, arrangements looked nice, though a bit outdated, so I called the shop to articulate exactly what I wanted. That's when I was connected with Yana, who went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my order. Yana explained that they have a great designer in-house and she was able to work with me on my price point. Today, I was pleasantly surprised when she sent me several pictures of the finished arrangement via text. She wanted to confirm that I was happy before the flowers went out for delivery. This has never happened before and I thought it was such a nice touch. As you can see from the photos, the flowers are gorgeous. Although they got the colors I wanted perfectly, the shape the line and the flowing feeling are missing. The arrangement that my niece received looked like anything you would find on an FTD catalog. The baker firm was very prominent and I was quite disappointed to see that they used babies breath as a filler. Perhaps the value was there perhaps it is not I have yet to see the price appear on my charge bill yet but I am disappointed that they did not listen to my description of what I wanted.
