I bought a suit and brought it home and my mirrors and camera looked very different than what I thought it looked like in the store. I wanted to exchange just the top which had all tags. It was only tried on at home once and looked like an old lady according to my friends and daughter. Nope. They said we have a no return policy and tell every customer. I guess except me because I never would have bought it. I have spent hundreds of dollars here and won't be anymore. I'm giving the suit to a friend's mother who will look appropriate in it.

Just heard from repair guy -- he's cancelled Friday appointment. No repair or replacement date in sight. He did tell us that he saw where the TV is going bad because the lines at the bottom of the TV was a bad sign. No one has helped us, and I'm exhausted with all the arguing. $1800 for a broken TV that's 64 days old.... It comes as no surprise, but I'll never buy from Big Screen Store again.
