This shop is just fun all around. It's really the perfect place to get a souvenir from Rehoboth. They have everything from vintage comic books, posters to candy to funny mugs. With their fun music playing and the friendly service, you can't go wrong. It's a fun place for kids and teens too. It's right on the boardwalk, I definitely suggest stopping in. The prices are really reasonable too, which is why this store makes for good souvenirs. They have candy that's super cheap and some more expensive items as you dive deeper into the store. Great little store I have visited a couple times the last year whenever in town. Unique toys and pop culture items. Friendly and helpful staff. Has some unique and hard to find items especially if you look in every book and cranny. Reasonable prices and lots of Archie McPhee products which my son loves. read more

Cool little store with some fun accoutrements products, silly gifts, like growing new body parts (like hands, ears, feet, etc...for old people ) or grow a boyfriend or girlfriend which grow when you put them in water, bacon icing, Jesus light up keychain, and retro candy like old style candy-necco wafers, and multicolored coconut. Small vinyl record selection in back of store. Loved the retro toys around- especially the fisher-price town. some kids that were about 8 years old were in the store and said "this place is creepy!" super friendly staff who even thank you for coming in! read more

THE ONLY STORE TO SELL THOSE COVETED SKY LANTERNS! $5 for one, $20 for 5 I have no self control - I bought the five. This place is really for that collector of Transformers from the 80s or that Barbie fanatic (he has an amazing "Gone with the Wind" collection!) that just NEEDS that last piece to the puzzle. Puzzles? Yeah, I'm pretty sure this place has that too. Check in on Yelp and get a cool freebie! Definitely a cool place. They had a decent selection of vinyl - sure a lot of it is popular stuff that people will overpay for, but they had a lot of 80s stuff like punk and stuff on the edge of it (X, Elvis Costello, The Clash) that is usually harder to find at a random store. The prices weren't too bad for those things. Lots of "nerd" merchandise - some Star Wars, Marvel, and Doctor Who stuff. An all around cute gift shop, a place to buy practical souvenirs. read more

My 8 year daughter fell in love with a large plush toy in this store that was on display with a price tag. Any reasonable individual would assume that an item in a store with a price tag is for sale, right? Not at Gidget's Gadgets. By the time we moved our car closer so we wouldn't have to carry the plush so far, it suddenly morphed into a raffle item we couldn't buy. My daughter was crushed. Gidget's Gadgets carries an interesting mixture of modern designer collectable toys, weird novelties including The Yodeling Pickle and Squirrel Underpants, as well as some TOYS FOR ACTUAL CHILDREN. It's worth a browse; you won't find most of this stuff anywhere else in Rehoboth. read more

Gidget's Gadgets is a cute, authentic, vintage shop located on the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk. Visitors of all ages will enjoy this store- especially collectors. They have a great vinyl selection and sell Crosley vinyl players for those just starting their collection. Both items sold at below average to an average retail price. They also sell old comic books, old action figures, and old signs for a decent price. Their vintage home decor and furniture also sells at a very reasonable price - forget about Urban Outfitters overpriced, poor quality home furniture for those looking for a vintage look. Finally, the staff is very knowledgable of their products, friendly, helpful, and quick. This is a shop I always stop by to look for something cool to add in my room. I recently just purchased an old empty soda bottle for a little under $10! read more

I have lived in the area for almost 4 years now. I work on Rehoboth Ave, and I am in and out of this store frequently. This store is very cool, after reading some of the reviews, I am left at a loss for words. The record collection in this store is truly terrific! Some first edition records, used, hard to find items all in great condition. Don't believe everything that you read, including my post. Everyone's wants and needs are different, but certainly go to the store check the place out and see for yourself. You will not be disappointed. I have found the owner to be very knowledgeable and honest! As for a review posted on 8/26/15 Miss Audrey is sadly mistaken there was a sign on that Yeti plush toy for 2 weeks that it was being raffled off proceeds going to a Animal rescue group. read more

Great store. I went in searching for a birthday present for my son, but I got much more. The second you walk into the store it's like walking into a time machine. I really enjoyed seeing all the toys and records I loved when I was a kid. I can't wait to go back and give my son a history lesson about how cool life was back in the day! Also a great selection of vinyl, when I saw the "we sell vinyl" sign at the door I wasn't expecting much, but I came in to rows and rows of records in great condition for the price!
