But most importantly, the service is exceptional. We were staying at the hotel above the store. The hotel inadvertently damaged one of the items I purchased. Lili helped me find the style I needed to replace the pants and also did the best she could to try and repair the damage for me. Above and beyond. There is no doubt when we return to Bethany, I will be shopping at Water Lili again. I highly recommend the store.

I have purchased a bathing suit there every summer for the past five years. The suits were expensive, but I thought they were quality and was willing to pay their high prices. However, a recent experience at the Bethany store has changed my mind completely. I purchased a bathing suit for $150 that was apparently poorly designed. The under-wire popped out of the side after only being worn four times. When I tried to return it to the store, they told me it wasn't defective and that it was removable. If it was supposed to be removable, it would have been designed differently. The product was poorly manufactured and was falling apart. After selling me a very expensive defective product, they refused to take responsibility for it and provide an exchange or refund. I will never shop at the Rose Garden again and would not recommend them to anyone.

I've actually had more success finding suits perfect for my body and have a bunch of fun bottoms and I just go with a simple top that fits my boobs and I know they always have. The sales are great and every now and then I up my game and buy the new suits in the wall too. I have always been helped out and they are def quick with the size finders and styles of like that look great on me. My mom loves this store and literally every time Armee here she has to too. Definitely all the major holidays and she's got bags of new suits. I guess my whole family shops here because my sis too and all the nieces and nephews get their cute suits here too.
