Lili helped me find the style I needed to replace the pants and also did the best she could to try and repair the damage for me. Above and beyond. He showed me around the store, explained what the various types of rigs were. He did it without overwhelming me. He couldn't have been more friendly. The prices seemed great. Jim ties most of the rigs in the store and that certainly helps keeps prices down and ensures quality. I appreciated what he didn't do as much as what he did do. He didn't try to sell me more than I needed. He is looking for repeat customers not just a one and done. What I can tell you is this. Jim's will be my go to shop. The sales are great and every now and then I up my game and buy the new suits in the wall too. I have always been helped out and they are def quick with the size finders and styles of like that look great on me. My mom loves this store and literally every time Armee here she has to too.
