But most importantly, the service is exceptional. We were staying at the hotel above the store. The hotel inadvertently damaged one of the items I purchased. Lili helped me find the style I needed to replace the pants and also did the best she could to try and repair the damage for me. Above and beyond. There is no doubt when we return to Bethany, I will be shopping at Water Lili again. I highly recommend the store.

The store was brimming, almost overflowing, with curated women's clothing and accessories. I think we all found a little too much that we liked, including a summer dress, cardigan, and lots of jewelry. The prices were fair and ranged from $8-25 for the items we purchased. There were some designer pieces that were definitely higher and some folks may be disappointed if they are looking for dollar deals. Everything was hand selected for quality and condition so I think the prices reflect that. The shop keeper was very busy but cordial manning the phones (with lots of callers inquiring about consigning), ringing up sales, and helping in store customers. I will definitely go back to shop and explore other offerings in Ocean View, DE when time permits!

Bargain prices, beautifully merchandised, nice selection, and attentive but not pushy customer service. Kristin Quinn & her Mom are super. She splits all consignments 50/50. So far, my stuff has sold for $50, and darn it all, I put it toward the luggage set I craved! I got 5 pieces of Vera Bradley Suzani luggage - worth at least $800 for only $175. This year it was even worse. We entered the store at 3:58 and asked what time they closed. Ladies informed us that they close at 4:30 and anything needed to try-on please do so by 4:20. He showed me around the store, explained what the various types of rigs were. He did it without overwhelming me. He couldn't have been more friendly. The prices seemed great. Jim ties most of the rigs in the store and that certainly helps keeps prices down and ensures quality. I appreciated what he didn't do as much as what he did do. He didn't try to sell me more than I needed. He is looking for repeat customers not just a one and done. What I can tell you is this. Jim's will be my go to shop. I've actually had more success finding suits perfect for my body and have a bunch of fun bottoms and I just go with a simple top that fits my boobs and I know they always have. The sales are great and every now and then I up my game and buy the new suits in the wall too. I have always been helped out and they are def quick with the size finders and styles of like that look great on me. My mom loves this store and literally every time Armee here she has to too. Definitely all the major holidays and she's got bags of new suits. I guess my whole family shops here because my sis too and all the nieces and nephews get their cute suits here too.
