I rarely shop retail but loved this store. The aesthetic was very romantic or shabby chic but done in a very fashionable, youthful way. What drew me in was the beautiful displays and soft colors. The clothing and accessories were all unique and the store is arranged by color. The staff was friendly and all gorgeous. They were a good representation of the store by their styling. It appears they shop were they work. Prices were in line with a trendy mall store. I was in both locations, which are almost across the street from each other. One is junior sized (although it wasn't advertised as such). As a larger woman I wish they would have carried size xl, but managed to fit in some large sizes. The other store is ladies wear but doesn't carry as much and although it had that same soft color aesthetic the style was more mature resort wear. They have several locations, including one focusing solely on accessories and just recently opened an online store. I loved the style of the junior store. Just wished they carried larger sizes. SIDENOTE: Both stores I visited were blocks from the beach in a very walkable area. Metered street parking was hard to find. read more

Nope, don't do it. Don't even consider it. Went it there today to exchange an item that we bought exactly 6 weeks ago. The item still had tags on it, I had my receipt, and had every intention of turning around and spending that money (and probably more) in the store that day. They wouldn't exchange it - the girl claimed they have a 30 day return policy. Given that I was NOT asking for a refund, given that this a resort town and some people are only here periodically, and given that we were only 12 DAYS past their policy (it's not like we were returning something out of season) they should have accommodated us. BAD BAD BAD customer service. We won't be back. EVER. And I will tell everyone I know. Seriously, too many other places to shop in OCNJ to deal with that nonsense. read more

Gorgeous, affordable dresses and accessories. Stuff you'd see on Modcloth for $70 is here for $30. I definitely didn't expect a trendy, fairly-priced boutique on a strip in Ocean City, the land of mini golf and boardwalk food! But alas, it is here and it's fantastic. We probably passed 5 or 6 Tadah stores and each seemed to be catering to a different crowd - one more for young adults, another for the biz casual crowd, another for the accessory addicts. Yet all seemed to have stylish, quality apparel. As I write this, I look down and my entire outfit is from Tadah. No shame in that! read more

Amazing and beautiful staff!!! Everyone is extremely friendly and I have never left the store with a bad purchase. Reasonable prices for the quality and much better then Island Gypsy!!! Linda, the owner of island gypsy, is an extremely rude and sad old woman who is obviously very disappointed with her life. Shop at Tadah instead!!! Only thing I wish they had was more smaller sizes most things are out of stock in a Small. Would love to work here in the future. read more

Like other Yelpers have said, there are several Ta-Dah shops up and down Asbury Street. Each store is rather small and caters to a different market. Their selection of costume jewelry is rather consistent (I'd say 75%?) at each location and with each piece of $6, how can you not feel obligated to stock up? In my recent visit, I stocked up on bangles of all different colors. The clothes vary from location to location, but you can score some great looks at relatively competitive prices. However, look at the tags! You can find Banana Republic and Ann Taylor threads (albeit after a Sharpie marked through the tag) at a fraction of the retail price. Plus, if you're buying new clothes, you have to stock up on jewelry and accessories! Sure, I wish all their stores were condensed in to one, but that's their sales plan. They want you to move from store to store and back for more. Their return policy is also really good as well. read more

Everytime I'm in OC, I stop in at least one of the Tadah stores and always find something. This past weekend was no exception. I found a lovely pair of slacks and a great summer top which I purchased after trying them on. I also purchased a gift card for a friend. After spending well over $100.00 I asked if I could use their rest room. I was told I could use the rest room at Starbucks across the street. Courteous they are not. We were in Tadah today around 6:30 at the 925 address. The clothes were great, however I won't be returning. We were there about 30 minutes and during that time the young ladies working there stood behind cash wrap and ignored everyone, not one "hello" or "thanks for shopping here." The store was busy with mom's and daughters. We all got to hear how one young lady "Was never getting back together with her boyfriend and someone's dad was going to a funeral for a goldfish." I guess this is a heads up to management, your employees are not doing your adorable clothes any justice. read more

Went on two separate Ta-Dah runs with my daughter while in Ocean City. We couldn't resist buying a few pieces of their fabulous $6 items! I got two great, fashionable tassel necklaces that do not look like $6 pieces.... GREAT! They also had a fabulous selection of scarves.. .ALL FOR $6 each! The one TA-DAH near 10th street had the best selection of scarves....lots of beachy themed ones too-think navy and white with starfish or anchors... seafoam with sand dollars etc. but they have florals and plain colored ones as well. This store has zero customer service!! The girls never said hi to me once, and I was the only customer in the store. They gossiped and talked about the boss and how they hated their job and when they were off next to party. I thought they were high schoolers lwere only to discover they looked older than that, maybe college but either way. They never once asked if I needed help when I had a full of clothes. I also overheard then being rude to two women asking the girls a question. The women in the store were a little older and they were in their Junior stire, the girls Were insinuating that they didn't belong in that store.. Just rude! Awful experience and its sad to say it makes me never want to go back because the store has nice clothes with affordable prices. I'll make sure to tell people that there are better place to spend their money. read more
