Instead of honoring my coupon by overriding, they said they couldn't do anything and according to their manager there was a server error and to come back another day to try the coupon again... I was looking forward to getting some blind boxes with my coupon, but the experience was just poor so I decided to leave. I'm not sure if I'd come back to this location unfortunately.

I recently saw an old email from them and I decided to reach out. Rachel, the new owner, called me that same day and expressed how sorry she was that happened. She offered for me to have another birthday workshop and she did not charge the people that signed up last year. She even bought pizzas and salad for the celebration. She went well above and beyond.
