She's as real as it gets. She has a beautiful shop at Jefferson Tower. She offers additional service like micro-blading and brow-shaping as well. She's also teaching now - how legit is that? Boss. She tries to work with your schedule and is very good about letting you know if she can get you in earlier than expected. She gave me an appointment time which I could not make and I continued to contact her weekly to see if I could get another time. She didn't make much effort to communicate if she could put me on her schedule. A month went by and I decided to reach out one last time and her response implied that I couldn't make the effort to come to the appointment she gave me the first time. I regret paying for a service that I wasn't completely satisfied with. I had more significance being a new client because I paid a few hundred dollars. Unfortunately, returning clients with issues aren't important because she already got her money for the initial service. *** My appointment was important for me to keep but emergencies happen in life and I had to reach out last minute to cancel instead of not showing up without any notice so please don't accuse me of not being able to keep my appointments. Instead of trying to help reach a resolution with a client, you continue to comment defensively. I moved to the Dallas area a month ago and therefore had to find new everything -- new places to do…read moremy hair, lashes, nails, etc -- which has lowkey been a nightmare because I'm so picky. I have always kind of struggled with retention when it came to lash extensions even though I do my due diligence with following care instructions: wash the lashes every day, brush them out, no oil products, etc etc, and would still need to fill my lashes every two weeks or less or else they would look raggedy. I found Tammy on Yelp and have gotten two volume fills with her so far and, oh my god, the retention on her lashes is absolutely insane!! I'm currently two weeks out and my lashes still are SO full. She also really takes her time and makes sure that you leave with full, full lashes! The first time I saw her, I got a foreign fill and my lashes were pretty much depleted after two weeks, and Tammy spent DOUBLE the amount of time filling my lashes and making sure I left with a full set. On top of that, Tammy is an absolute joy to talk to and it's clear that she knows her stuff. I will admit, when I read the part of her description that said "once you try us, this will be the last time you do a search for lash extensions," I was like that's very ambitious, but she 100% stands by that. In the two years or so that I've had lash extensions, she's easily one of the best lash techs that have worked on me if not the best. I am definitely not the type to be tied down to one establishment when it comes to beauty services, but I will definitely be a loyal client to Tammy for as long as I'm in Dallas. The only way she could improve her business is a more streamlined system for booking appointments, but her work is second to none. Seriously, once you go to her, you're done looking.

And you have to have a mask on. There was only one employee and there was still someone in the chair so I came in. I sat for about 15 mins. but I was late so I didn't care about waiting. Another woman walked in after me with two children. She went straight to the counter and checked in, I assumed. Once I realized I had to check in, I went up to the counter to do so. The employee took woman with her children that checked in before me go first. Without even acknowledging me. So i continued to wait. While waiting, her children began to run around the studio yelling and screaming. Only one wearing a mask. The woman did nothing from the chair but tell them to stop. During this time another woman walked it. The children started to really fight and the boy kept kicking his sister. The woman in the chair said, "stop, boys aren't supposed to hit girls" but never left the chair. The little girls knee started bleeding. Me and the new woman started to tell the employee and the mother that the little girl was bleeding. The new woman that was it waiting got up to get her some Kleenex. The mother still in the chair with no worries in the world. The lack of professionalism was enough for me to say, you somewhere else for your eyebrows.
