She's as real as it gets. She has a beautiful shop at Jefferson Tower. She offers additional service like micro-blading and brow-shaping as well. She's also teaching now - how legit is that? Boss. She tries to work with your schedule and is very good about letting you know if she can get you in earlier than expected. I've had a micro blade session before and I was not adequately numbed... safe to say, it was a miserable experience. Since it's been two years, I decided to get my (belated) touch up. Kim makes sure you're sufficiently numb and as comfortable as possible. The first pricks to numb is not fun but it's a short amount of pain for minutes of comfort after. I'm pretty easy going so I just let her do her magic but she's very open to suggestion and really wants to work with her clients. I kept going back. Thanh asked me if I wanted to try Tiffany (her daughter) & I agreed. I'm glad I did! It seems like this whole family is quite talented at this. I feel confident that if I had to use the other girl there (Tanya?) she'd likely be great too since all her clients seem to love her as well. They use the NovaLash technique which is my favorite (you don't even feel the lashes!) Parking /Time tip: try arriving at least 5-10 minutes early so that you can find parking, it's pretty busy there & you may need the few extra minutes. Sometimes the techs may run over a few minutes but its usually minimal & they are basically making sure the clients look good before finishing (which they will do for you too!) it's always worth it! Appointments: Tiffany is great at communication so any appt. setting is probably a non-issue by now. I do recommend setting up your next appt. before you leave anyway, it saves time and hassle for both parties. I refer everyone I know to them & they always love them. I've never heard a complaint. My sister & I are regulars and will continue to be! I've tried several places and this is easily one of the best lash salons in Dallas, it's #1 for me.
