I have an event at 4 and when i walked in I showed the hairstylist the type of blowout i wanted and even brought my own clips. She seemed a bit confused so she asked another hairstylist and i thought it was miscommunication since it was speaking Spanglish and she only spoke Spanish. As she blew it out she didn't clip like i had requested and the second she had started on my hair i could tell she was either new or didn't really know what she was doing. At the end i was honest and told her i didn't like it and I'd have to redo it at home. It was very frizzy and didn't have a shap. She also told me she didn't know how to do what i asked for and i just replied saying that she should have let me know so i would have gone elsewhere.
