Came here as a treat for myself before I give birth in a few days and wish I went elsewhere. Hands and toes both didn't even last 4 days! Got my nails done Monday and all were chipped by Wednesday, that has never happened to me before. Also, my nails were done horribly to begin with, photo attached.. you can see through the polish. If the polish was almost out don't you think you should tell the customer to maybe choose a different one? I should've spoken up and had them fixed but didn't have time. I went for something simple they helped me right away. The lady who did my toes did good. The lady who did my nails took max 15 minutes to finish. Let me start by saying that the nail techs were very nice and professional. The reason I'm giving this 1 star review is because I brought my daughter with me to get a pedi done. They have a book with all their packages so as I'm skimming through this book, I come across the 12 and under list. Mind you, I have a 12 and under child, and so so I ask about what this pedi package includes. The nail tech asks the owner about this package and the OWNER had the audacity to look at where my child is sitting and is of course speaking her language and telling the nail tech to tell me that this package is no longer valid, but yet you have it on this booklet still. She goes on to tell me that this book was "COVID prices" which is a complete LIE because I've been here even after COVID and this booklet wasn't there. What upsets me is that this lady is basically false advertising. Don't offer packages that you're not going to honor to the client just because your kid doesn't look their age. Had to pay extra only because the owner decided that she wasn't going to honor the 12 and under price. read more

I left my wallet with large bills, credit cards, bank card, insurance cards, DL and a mont blac pen. They safely held my wallet for me. I had a meeting at 7:30 and I was already in the area since about 5:30 PM I was doing some shopping and I came across this nail salon read the reviews and I decided to go win since I was just going to get a basic manicure to clean up my nail beds and cuticles. Thuy did an amazing job and she was so nice (she did criticize me having a dry nails but I work at a hospital so I'm used to that every time I get my nails done) and my hands looked amazing. See my nails are naturally MINE and not all shops can do real nails... I must say that Teresa is a beast! She's the shop owner and is not in it for the money but for the care of your nails.... And to set the record straight it was EXTREMELY CLEAN, AND NICE... They have a separate area for pedicures behind the glass, and soon as I walked in I was greeted by Michelle (Teresa's) daughter... They are horrible please avoid coming here. I visited this salon and requested a pedicure and a full set with dip. When I walked in I had a full with dip and I needed the old set removed. The young lady who looks like she is 15 years old proceed to remove my previous set with soak off and drill. She left me mid-process to attend another customer and did not complete my nails I was left to cut my own nails and file because they were left in horrible shape. She did a really good job but personality was not great. I was ok with it because she did a good job. Went back this week and had a bad experience. She was even less of a personable person. I don't usually write reviews on Yelp. At least, not on a consistent basis. But my toe is swollen and painful because of my awful experience at LT Nails this past Friday. I didn't have an appointment. So I was a walk in...not one smile greeted me when I walked in the door. And rather than it looking like a well organized business, it looked like a pre K nursery. The floors looked dirty, the place looked unclean and unkept. The trash was over flowing (to their credit, they did change out the trash while I was sitting there). There was one other person in a pedi chair and rather than spread us out, they put me in a chair RIGHT across from her, face to face. And then the chair massage didn't even work properly. As for the pedi, they didn't give me any choice in the type of pedi I wanted, the lady never looked me in the eye, never smiled, and on both my big toes, cut the cuticles and pulled them so far back on the outside of my toes that I had to say STOP, that's going to be sore in a few days and that's not what I want. Now my right big toes is sore and swollen making walking so much fun. I could kick myself for not just turning around and walking out. What a piece of crap this place is. When I go to have spa like services, at the very least, I expect clean and friendly. At least this place was cheap. Rightfully so. read more

The lady I had was super sweet. I just went in to have my nails removed. The only thing I don't agree with was that when I was getting then removed I had then removed by having the lady put something underneath my set take them off instead of the usual acetone. Very bad for nail beds that are already thin from getting filed down for the acrylics and nexgen. read more

What kind of place opens at 10, you're there right at 10, you walk in and a worker tells you it's going to be 30 minutes before they can get to you just for a refill so they can finish breakfast? I went to this place a few years ago after moving back to Dallas and ended up going somewhere else to have them remove their product from my nails. Well it has been a year since I had been back and decided to give them another try, boy was I wrong. Within 3 days of having a new set put on, the product was chipping away at the sides causing them to catch on everything. This didn't happen on one nail but all 10 nails. I had an horrible experience. They are extremely rude & the lady doing my nails was terrible! I don't ever complain about my nails when I get them done somewhere else, but here no! The workers were literally yelling across the room in my ear, she was always on her phone while trying to do my nails & didn't care how I wanted my Nails. When she was finish with my nails she did not dry my nails and just left me there & got onto her phone to watch videos, completely ignoring me. This is the absolute worst nail shop ever. Yes its cute on the inside but the service was horrible. One of the ladies there gave me the WORST french tip manicure ever. First of all she didn't clean off all the nail polish be she started doing my nails, she made my nails really short when I said I wanted medium length, she didn't ask if this was how long I wanted them before she cut my damn nails, then she didn't make sure that ach nail was the same length on the opposing hand, and my nails have bubbles. She literally just threw the clear on top of my finger nails. I take my nails seriously and she did a horrible job on basic french tip I could've done better in my closet in the dark.
