During my appointment I had questions and his response came off as if I was bothering him... I was still asking him a question and he just walked out the door... I asked his assistant that was in the room with us if he was always like this, and she said yes. I asked if she could go get him because I have questions about the medication he prescribed me. She got up, walked out and closed the door behind her... When she told him I heard him say, "I don't have time for that LADY, She doesn't listen!" And might I add... The door was closed and I heard him clearly. Other patients heard him as well... So instead of flipping out, I made a complaint with the office manager, called the complaint # for the dermatology board and requested a complaint form and I wrote this review. I never felt so dismissed by a doctor and I'm 41 yo... If you do decide to go to this place see Dr. Linda... But this place I will not give my business to again...

My appointment time was honored, as she was very timely. She went right on and got started and I appreciated that to the fullest. There were no awkward silences and such, considering I was a little nervous. -- I cringed the first minute, grabbed at the air a couple of times, and grabbed at her once. I closed my eyes really really tight and then it was over. The location was a little difficult to find even with directions. I'm also not familiar with the Duncanville/Dallas, so that could have contributed to my troubles. I didn't know what to expect... From the building or the procedure. I'm glad I got it done. I am glad that I chose Uniq Radiance as my first experience. I will certainly visit again.
