She had only two conditions (and I wasn't sure I could keep to them, but I did): no kicking and no screaming. She got up, walked out and closed the door behind her... When she told him I heard him say, "I don't have time for that LADY, She doesn't listen!" And might I add... The door was closed and I heard him clearly. Other patients heard him as well... So instead of flipping out, I made a complaint with the office manager, called the complaint # for the dermatology board and requested a complaint form and I wrote this review. There were no awkward silences and such, considering I was a little nervous. -- I cringed the first minute, grabbed at the air a couple of times, and grabbed at her once. I closed my eyes really really tight and then it was over. The location was a little difficult to find even with directions.
